Dont expect you to have an opinion. Just sharing fyi.
While I do agree with you on some levels but us lot here don't think about off screen lives much😆
Entertainment ke liye jo sahi lage dekh ke chhod dete hai😆
I dont wish to ship them offscreen. Just putting it out coz I find it a weird trend across channels where they cannot find actors and actresses of similar ages to pair. Patiala Babes was the limit where a literal kid Ashnoor was paired with acclaimed actor of 15+ years in iTV: Saurabh Raj Jain.

I am not judging her. Her personal life is her own calling. I am calling out the trend of age apt casting. Give her a hero in a certain age limit, give him a heroine in a certain age limit and make it a better experience for even us to ship onscreen.
@b I agree on that but what major difference will a younger actor make? The question on intimate scenes is anyways going to be there... everything has its pros and cons, maybe an elder dude will treat the actress more respectfully... IMO the age of an actor doesn't matter but his character and nature does... a 20 year old fella as well can make intimate scenes creepy for her.
I guess you mean offscreen. Isn't shipping two people who never had romantic feelings for each other wrong? Why should we ship them offscreen? Let's just enjoy the onscreen show if we like it
But she is old enough to vote and choose the leader of her country... she is old enough to be in wedlock.
TBH physical age post the age of 12-13 is just a number... your maturity depends on your mental age and the thing that her family and friends are supporting her does mean that she is mature enough to act in a daily soap. At the end of the day if she doesn't have a problem, who are we to judge?
I respect your opinion but I do not agree especially when an age apt cast like Rajat is there. They could have had her opposite him.

A younger actor and/or older actress would make it better for them to connect with audience. ParSh was VERY loved during Sadda Haq because Randheer and Sanyukta were played by actors who could showcase sizzling chemistry without having age barriers. Makes more sense. Easier for makers to give them intimate scenes without care - We got lots of onscreen hugs, kisses, confessions, hot scenes. Here they are being a lil wary to stick to societal norms and make it easier for both parties to act with each other in such situations, its obvious.

Not off-screen shipping but I think casting and age of the actors comes under off-screen lives/ behind the scenes too👍🏼 Hence stated that POV earlier.
I did watch a bit of Patiala Babes and got to only know about further developments. That was very odd indeed.

Age isn't the only thing that matters... they have to check on the actor's potential chemistry with FL, acting skills, body language etc, there's a huge casting team there to decide on what suits whom... we just can't watch the show and decide on what's better offscreen.

Yeah I meant it in a specific sense for onscreen though. Potiential is expanded when it is age apt. Rajat/Akshita would suit more better.

Agreed. I've always believed whatever works best for the craft should be applied. Jab tak there are no legal rule hassles or consent issues, it's all okay for me.
