There is a section of society especially women who think that bahus should be like badi simar , they will be happy to see choti simar under training to become the most Mahan babu of ITV.

The most irritating fact is that they are generalizing women.always the One who dresses traditionally with zero self respect is the good one, while the one who wear modern dress , outspoken is shown to be cruel and negative. I have only seen one serial which broke this norm ,Apparently it is of the same production team.

Nhi but topmost show has a female lead who takes stand for herself . So trp audience is changing

Yes.Even i felt that Simar1 is judging Reema too fast. She is annoying but not characterless.I am hoping that through Vivaan Simar will understand that Reema is not characterless. They didn't show that Reema is bad bcz she wants to be a model. But reema is hated by everyone bcz she changes her colour very fast bcz of her self obsession n selfishness. But what I found irritating was Reema is not a good cook, so simar1 is looking at her in a different way.TV shows that bad cooks are not family girls n they can't be a good wife or a good bahu. So many girls do not know cooking before marriage. That doesn't mean that they are not fit for marriage. They will learn cooking after marriage.

I m disappointed how makers are making Simar so much mahaan and Reema so much evil just bcz she wear western dresses and want to be a model . This track can easily be developed without make Reema this much of negative . They could have shown her selfish, care only about dream but side by side caring for family.. it's again a prejudice that Girls who have modelling dreams are evil This Glorification of Docile Female lead is getting over my head. I m watching show only to see how will marriage happen and will move on after that .

Pattern is Wearing Salwar Kameez + Classical single positive character, Westen Dresses + Model = Evil 😑

And regarding Badi Simar, She is most irritating of lot. She did not have any proofs against Reema still she is ignoring her and giving those sweet looks to choti simar and sympathizing with her one sided love. What about aarav infatuation towards Reema?

Sorry to Say but show is looking outdated because of this Glorification.

Its all about medium i.e. where you are watching. These days you will find both type of audience, there are ones who loves the female lead as out spoken and others love to see lead submissive. In reality people still love obedient and faithful characters when they are seeing serial with family. You will never see that in movies or OTT.

Even though the movies had progress much(in terms of female empowerment) they still struggle to portray good and strong female leads, most action films(High budget) the hero runs after the heroin who looks like super model and dances with the hero in item song, there is a villain who has big problem with hero, at the end the hero kills or send him to jail and the couple marries, the end. Blockbuster hit, 100 corer plus in box office, an item song sang by trendy singer which will be played in every wedding and than the producer announces sequel with new more younger looking heroin half of hero's age. Cliché, but its still sales. You will never see adarsh bahu there as heroin or a heroin who fights with villain by herself and marries love of her life. That doesn't happen, I don't even want that to happen 😆 Oh! Look what I was saying and where I have came 😳

I am honestly more interested in Reema’s story unfolding. I am watching the show only for her. I think I like flawed ones more than the “unrealistically” good characters which make 0 sense.

I also not sure if I would continue watching after the wedding. I don't engage my brain 😆

I haven't watched the episode today. Why is Aarav smiling at Simar like that when he is getting married to Reema??

I saw a clip of the scene on Instagram. Aarav is beyond my understanding!

Be it ITV or Bollywood, vamps are always dressed in Western outfits and are evil. I don't get it either.

It's weird and doesn't make a single iota of sense!! 😆
