Forced Glorification of Docile Female Lead

I m disappointed how makers are making Simar so much mahaan and Reema so much evil just bcz she wear western dresses and want to be a model . This track can easily be developed without make Reema this much of negative . They could have shown her selfish, care only about dream but side by side caring for family.. it's again a prejudice that Girls who have modelling dreams are evil This Glorification of Docile Female lead is getting over my head. I m watching show only to see how will marriage happen and will move on after that .

Pattern is Wearing Salwar Kameez + Classical single positive character, Westen Dresses + Model = Evil 😑

And regarding Badi Simar, She is most irritating of lot. She did not have any proofs against Reema still she is ignoring her and giving those sweet looks to choti simar and sympathizing with her one sided love. What about aarav infatuation towards Reema?

Sorry to Say but show is looking outdated because of this Glorification.

Simar is so docile that is already irritating and the show is barely a couple of weeks old. She is always teary-eyed and puppy-faced.

Plus how can anyone be so devoted to a sister like Reema??? kuch toh self-preservation aur akal honi chahiye.

I waiting to see how this becomes sasural simar ka but both leads are too annoying for me to continue the show beyond that.

More than leads makers are still struck in 90s. Show won't work like this.. in top show female lead take stand for herself that's y it's working

I literally laugh 🤣🤣at ... when I see simar in 'I sacrificed my first love for sister's happiness' looks!

I have honestly stopped looking for logic or even a semblance of it in ITV shows.

I also not sure if I would continue watching after the wedding. I don't engage my brain 😆

I haven't watched the episode today. Why is Aarav smiling at Simar like that when he is getting married to Reema??

I saw a clip of the scene on Instagram. Aarav is beyond my understanding!

Be it ITV or Bollywood, vamps are always dressed in Western outfits and are evil. I don't get it either.

It's weird and doesn't make a single iota of sense!! 😆

I couldn't understand a single expression today when he was with Simar. Are you getting second thoughts, are getting smitten? what dude? what?

And the heroine was behaving as if he was making an indecent proposal when he tried to apologize. She is worried how can he drop her home??? really? is she worried kahin usko bhi real dukhi puppy samajh ke kiss kar liya to kya hoga? ya she is worried that she will confess her janam-janam wala pyar?

Even I don't look for logic but Simar and Aarav kisi doosri duniya se aaye hai. At least Reema I can understand.

This serial is specifically designed for trp audience's who still feels good to see a docile coy bechari female lead running around her in laws catering to their every needs.

There is a section of society especially women who think that bahus should be like badi simar , they will be happy to see choti simar under training to become the most Mahan babu of ITV.

The most irritating fact is that they are generalizing women.always the One who dresses traditionally with zero self respect is the good one, while the one who wear modern dress , outspoken is shown to be cruel and negative. I have only seen one serial which broke this norm ,Apparently it is of the same production team.
