I found it interesting that there were tears in Rhea's eyes when Ahaan took Ishqi's name at the declaration. 😕

This after her dialogue to her mother that she'll handle the pregnancy because boys know nothing about stuff like those. 🤡

Perhaps, there's a form of genuine affection for him somewhere (which hopefully lends more credence to the Rhea-not-completely-villain theory)
