Sai wanted to leave during Pulkit lunch fiasco. Virat wept before her and called him her family and made her stay.

When she was thrown out she did not oblige to come back with him and directly went to hostel.

Sai returned to take care of Virat because she cared for him. Now she came back probably to collect her things and take leave of Virat. Can’t she come even to take her things?

Ofcourse she has self respect. That is why she did try to leave. Fact is she is unaware of her feelings for Virat. She loves him despite whatever is happening with her in CN...Every one has the right to love and there is no rule that love happens only with a perfect person.
