Samantha can be better; she got a good launch pad for a hopefully good hindi cinema career if she is eyeing it.

Shefali Shah was really good, but don't agree about Sushmita Sen in Arya.

Of course Manoj Bajpayee carries the show as he plays the central character (he is the "Family Man"), and does a good job too. But Samantha left a bigger impact than him even with a lesser screentime.
