Him running for ice like that was ott but I feel they purposefully showed it like that. Maybe to show the change in his character. Pre leap Ahaan was very society conscious and all about sanskaars. He didn't like any kind of tamashas. But now he is himself doing tamasha and it doesn't even bother him. Like he doesn't give a damn what is everyone thinking about him. He has reached a stage where nothing else matters.

Even during the function dadi was telling what are you thinking all your family is happy what else do you want? And Ahaan did not reply. Before leap he was all about family. He was angry with Ishqi also for choosing herself over family but now he himself doesn't care.

I liked the pool scene. Their monologues were a bit childish but then they never properly got the time to sit and introspect about their feelings these 6 months. Ahaan was busy in hating her and in his denial land and Ishqi was struggling with her life. Now truth came out suddenly and everything is happening too fast. So somewhere they are back to their bickering selves blaming each other but not accepting their feelings

Ua, you r right . They haven’t got time to introspect but they surely know what they want. And about Ahaan doing all drama and thamasha was very correct . He is doing many things from heart and imas I said when Ishqi is around he is completely aloof of the world around him even his family . Maybe that’s y Daadi agrees to marry Ishqaan bcause she doesn’t any to lose grip on Ahaan and when she rejects them she very well knows her grandson will become a Devdas which she doesn’t wish . She is doing what Ishwari did to Dev probably giving him a toffee that he want and to keep himself at her side .
