the promo shows neena sitting in a chair and then it shifts to neena telling urmila tht the file doesnt have her reports and then kinju is reading the file and asking her mom.."yu have blood cancer " and urmila and kinju are shattered..neena is sitting in the chair with her evil smile...and telling..maa i will never let anyone know abt ur disease....
