True 😂 they’ll still be the same Virakhi regardless

Virat neither has respect for her (she hasn't done anything to deserve respect), neither there is any element of humor, then why he should call her vahini.

If you want him to make their relationship more formal (which I want too), then he should call her Patralekha, instead of her nick name, because nick names are for people we love (and for that matter, idk about others but I have a problem with Sai calling her Pakhi too). Calling her Vahini will do the opposite of making their relationship formal.

And I do not agree that just because someone doesn't call someone with their designated relationship, that indicates bad family values.

Actually I kind of agree with you but with certain different logic ..

If certain name are given to describe that relationship like mama, mami, bhabhi etc...this sounds good only when the repect of that word (here vahini) be maintained... respected by both parties...

I can give example in ghum whenever ninad call kaku vahini.l especially after insulting ashwini in front of kaku and praising kaku.. I feel disgusted... I feel like atleast don't call her vahini... because that word 'vahini' need that kind of respect of bhabhi devar relation... Similarly if u called someone bade bhaiya...again you expect that kind of responsibility from the name itself...

Here virat calling pp 'vahini' to make it formal will actually be insult for that term vahini coz we know pp intention... Patralekha will be better

If that’s an insult to the term Vahini and he knows her intentions then why is he binding her to his brother? Why is he wronging his brother? Then expose her intentions to the family and Mansi bua (Samrat’s mother).

I am not talking about him...I said that garima of word 'vahini' should be maintained by both parties... Here we know the intention of pp..here I feel uncomfortable as an audience if he will start calling her vahini...like how I feel disgusted whenever ninad call kaku vahini....calling her vahini is an insult to the term 'vahini' coz of pp ....to make it formal he should call her patralekha...

Eg if someone calling someone didi while his intention is not right ....then term 'didi' will be an insult.....

VERY SIMPLE AND DIRECT.

No man calls his ex as bhabhi or vahini. They continue to harbor feelings for their ex...secretly men will also start making the difference between his current wife and his ex.

Not every man but Virat - I definitely agree. It’s sickening, but then again not much to expect from an abuser who gaslights his victims anyway

No problem but after knowing Pakhi’s wrong intentions and feelings Virat can Atleast try to use this to keep her in control. If not Bhabhi he should call her Patralekha like he once did . But I doubt if his message reaches her delusional brain! Anyway nothing wrong if he tries atleast.

Yes, but it would be better if Virat calls her bhabhi or vahini.

Hey so sorry for replying this later ya. I was too busy & caught up to deal with family issues especially after dad's death last month I don't feel like visiting SM sites at times. Anyway coming to the post, yeah I too did mention it in one of my threads. I suppose he didn't know her original name during yoga days, they were asked to share their nickname they're called with by their family at home, but that was before their marriage. There was no such creativity in the OG so idk why they still continue to make Virat say that. It sounds very intimate from him. Idk if Sunny calls her Pakhi but Sunny or Sai referring to Patralekha as Pakhi ain't same as Virat's. I toh always feel he doesn't make his stance clear to Pakhi & continues giving her mixed signals and gives him hope in a way so he can get her attention & enjoy having fun and attention from both the girls and fighting over him and stake their rights on him. It boosts his male ego and feels like a stud

1) He doesn't call Samrat dada too, so her being his wife doesn't mean that he directly has to call her Vahini/Bhabi

2) He has called her 'bade bhai ki biwi' because that's what she is for him. In another show (no1show now) a couple gets divorced and when the ML's new wife stops her SIL from adressing her husband's ex-wife as 'bhabi' she answers that she'll always keep calling her bhabi, whether her brother and bhabi are married or not. Because a bhabi is much more than only your brothers wife! And Patralekha definitely isn't that yet, she doesn't deserve that title yet. A bhabi is an emotion, a feeling, motherly love, sisterly companion, friends understanding and much more than that. He'll call her that in the future btw (according to KD)
