I still can't help but stick to my yesterday's stand. I can't accept Sonu conveniently putting her own deeds on Ahaan. That is just something I can neither understand nor appreciate. My perception about her just does not let me see it any other way apart from that it was her selfishness more than family pressure that got out of her what it did.

And.. I am in the team too rushed. 😆 There was absolutely no need to put out everything in one episode. We had been waiting for this sequence. I would have liked it more detailed. Capturing small bits, emotional intricacies, his trauma of realization and his struggle to acceptance!

I really would have liked if they had explored it with more patience. My heart really goes out for Ahaan. Despite all that he has done. Not that I am forgetting anything. But I see the suffering of his character especially in context of Dadi. This woman has ruined him.

Ishqi is going to be indifferent to Ahaan, it seemed from sneak peek.

It wasn't a bad episode but it could have been a great one.

Exactly! If they had to show everything hunky Dory and brush Ishqi's suffering under the carpet, what was the point of the leap and showing Ishqi suffered so much and her character transformation? It will be really weird to see Ishqi readily accepting Ahaan. I guess the writer made him do all of those obnoxious things because she wanted his guilt and regret to be huge af. And she did succeed in that but I guess she forgot that bigger the sins, stronger the redemption would be needed.

No redemption. No same adoration for the character.

We shouldn't expect proper redemption tracks from Gul shows, let's just be content that at least Ahaan's 'Sorry' was the fastest, most sincere, no-drama sorry I've heard in a long time on ITV 😆

That is absolutely right. His sufferings hit so hard. Despite being wrong, my heart already longs to forgive him just by staring at the profound sadness his eyes scream of.

Agree!! Most itv shows ka yahi problem hai, character se saare paap karva dete hain and redemption ke naam pe ek chota sa sorry chipka dete hain😵 why do they have so much problem in showing a good redemption? He literally destroyed her life, even boasted about it, always was taunting her but now that the truth is out everyone will forget everything even Karthik is saying misunderstandings thi bhai

I am just waiting for Sarla-Ginni reactions when Ahaan announces his marriage with Ishqi. I hope to see more funny bits than villainous.

I guess it's Param😆 He is playing Ahaan really well especially now the way everything is unfolding in front of Ahaan. Yesterday I felt like going into the screen and hugging him😭 post leap he seems like a lost child trying to somehow hold on to Ishqi😒 but when I think of Ishqi and what all he did I am like no, he brought it upon himself and needs to suffer more🤪

Last night’s episode, over here so much edited. Didn’t get ahaan and mayank’s fight, mayank picking the rod which hits ishqi. Just in between, mayank on the floor, ahaan sees ishqi putting her hand on her head.

Am sure Dadi said she killed my beti (not beta) in reference to savitri. Subtitle also said daughter.

Precap. Dadi at the door in ishqi’s room. Was she holding an envelope? If yes, money to bribe ishqi to go far away from ahaan.

Sonu's suicide attempt was her own doing. Not sure if I can blame anyone else for the same apart from Mayank.

Everything can't be about others. Some things are about you and this was about Sonu. It can't really be covered under family pressure.

Sonu really suffered, I truly accept but she has made her choices and their repercussions were bound to be there.

It is human nature to find something or someone to blame. Blaming yourself is mostly avoided. Even if Sonu grew up under tremendous restrictions and pressure - she also has a huge contribution in what she is today.

Even though family influences you to a great extent, you are an individual. How you handle things is more about you than anyone else.

This part, was quite surprising because she could blackmail but if she is actually a good judge of character , she wouldnt offer her money, just some simple melodrama is enough for ishqi to leave and tht too because she has no good reason to stay till now. someone with that level of self respect would never leave for money
