Until Chachi's stand on domestic violence came in picture, I was wondering if his father died while saving his mother. Maybe an accident. Or maybe from some abuser. Something along those lines. However after Chachi's bit, most likely he was an abuser. I can't quite think how he must have died if he really did.

Not that I put much stock into it, but TRP for IPZN remains static at 0.4

IKR. We need some glimpses of their childhood.

If not much, then at least few bits of his father for us fo have some idea about the character.

Ahaan's rage is all about his mother abandoning her kids and running away with another man. Not murder.

This track with Ahaan's hatred for her mother reminded me of another Sony show EDKV where the ML's dad poisons his son's mind saying that his mom left him for another man and was characterless. The son grew up hating her mother and basically women in general. For our show, it's possible that Savitri never had another man in her life, and Ahaan's father died in some kind of accident if not murdered (somehow connected to Savitri), or maybe just committed suicide. Daadi, however, did not want her son's name and reputation to be tarnished so she put all the blame on Savitri.

Maybe Ahaan's father and Sarla aunty's husband went underground together. Abhi bhi dekho kahin chill kar rahe honge dono

Exactly! If they had to show everything hunky Dory and brush Ishqi's suffering under the carpet, what was the point of the leap and showing Ishqi suffered so much and her character transformation? It will be really weird to see Ishqi readily accepting Ahaan. I wasn't even getting much romantic vibes from her for Ahaan post leap kuch toh redemption dikhado😕 aur nahi dikhana tha toh Ahaan ko itna heartless dikhane ki zarurat hi kya thi?

We shouldn't expect proper redemption tracks from Gul shows, let's just be content that at least Ahaan's 'Sorry' was the fastest, most sincere, no-drama sorry I've heard in a long time on ITV 😆

Rhea is already preggers on the other end and Ishqaan need to keep up hence the marriage😆
