I did watch few epi of pandian stores and looking at shivas clothes there, i think shivas clothing is better? Maybe cos of lungi and t shirt style of south.

But then i watched an episode where tamil shiva is well dressed up, a recent one. So does shiva change his dressing style for raavi? If yes at which point?.

I dont like shiva changing himself like this for raavi here though, i want her to accept him the way he is.

Ok so as for ur question, No it's not shown like Kathir changes his dressing for mullai as such. Maybe the constant ranting of everyone about his dressing style triggered this thought in his mind , that suddenly he started thinking about good clothing.

And yes it was a very beautiful scene. So there is this ritual in south that after marriage they go to wife's house I dont knw much abt it. But yes ull have meal there. So mullais dad comes and invites the couple.

Its b4 this that kathir starts thinking about dressing. He keeps asking Jeeva and Kanna ( Dev and Krish) about questions regarding dressing. And jeeva kinda understands it. So theres this beautiful scene where Jeeva surprises Kathir with shirt and pants. And asks him to wear this for tomorrows ritual. It's one of my favourite scenes of the brothers. After jeeva leaves kathir takes the dress and looks and jeeva sees it, and looks in adoring way.

Next day everyone gets surprised to see his new look. But alas!! When they reach mullais house, her mother insults him, while eating food. He tolerates maximum but when she starts talking bad about dhanam and moorthy( dhara and gautam) he gets angry and leaves from there. Mullai lashes out at her mother for insulting kathir. I think that's like the first time mullai fights for him.

Sorry to get away from ur topic, but thot to share this scene, cos it's one of my favourites.

After that also he does wear shirt and pants. Can say a little bit for mullai. Cos in one scene when they go out, kanna asks him why wearing pant to hospital and he does admit, I dont care to go in lungi, but some people dont like it.

But at places where kathir has to stay strong he does stay, ie, he doesn't completely agree to all of mullais demand, for example, once they were going to mullais friends marriage and she puts forth a lot of demand like new dress, asks him to lie abt studies, jobs, asks him to wear gold chain, etc. He gets angry and leaves from there telling hes not coming for party. He does make it clear to her that he will and cannot change according to her expectations.

Oh wow!!

Dev in south seems so understanding and lovable.

By the way. Yesterday's episode appeared so funny to me. Shiva being shown like baahubali. Lol. But was there any such scenes in original. I knw they do t show such illogical scenes. But i was aski g abt any scene where mullai faces death and kathir goes mad?

Oh god no... all Pandian stores viewers would faint or get a mild heart attack if they show such scenes 🤣

No sorry only sensible scenes in the Tamil version 😂

we haven't even got a scene of him lifting mullai while ShiVi already got two 😆

But there have been small scenes were kathir doesn't even like to think about loosing mullai by any means.

Like theres a Corona track, where mullai falls sick and she gets scared of she has got infected, she isolates herself, but kathir keeps coming to the room to take care of her.

So she playfully asks him what heel do if something happens to her ? And she teasingly says I knw ull be happy and get married to some other girl. Kathir gets really angry at this. And shouts at her,asking her to shut , telling even the very thought of that is making him restless.

Also once mullai goes missing in Chennai and kathir goes all mad searching for her.

Small small scenes but very realistic!

Any specific point where she starts understanding him?

Cos i saw few episodes where she is looking at him in disgust!

Im asking what was tht turning point for her to understand him?

They will meet with an accident due to Janardhan...since then they start taking care of each other...there are small scenes before but I think this accident brought a an actual change..

In malayalam also accident played a major role in bringing them closer. But turning point in their relation happened after Shivan and Anjali went to Anjalis house for some ritual and her mother insults him. (The shirt and pants scenes which is mentioned already).

After this Anjali lashes out at her mother and cousin and leaves her house. Follows Shivan and apologises to him.

That night Anjali's dad comes to apologise to shivan, but shivan ignores it and leaves to room.

Anjali gets upset at this and questions shivan regarding it, that its true her mom behaved bad , but what wrong did her dad do that he just went away without talking to him. To which he answers in a competitive way to her. But next morning he meets anjalis dad and apologises for behaving that way the last day. That's like the first time Shivan talked to his uncle(anjalis dad) though he hates him a lot.

When anjali comes to know about this, that's when she kinda starts understanding him. Till that she always had this misunderstanding that hes a heartless guy who doesn't care abt anybody's feelings. So its aftr this incident she becomes soft towards him.

The mahasangamam with BK was a year ago with chitra. The one with BL was more recent, about a couple of months ago

But I don't like both the shows so I agree with you there, that I don't want any mahasangamam😆

They also had a Mahasangamam with Bhagayalakshmi where they buy Radhika’s place for their storage/warehouse. Janardhan tries to spoil it but the brothers get it through Bhagyalakshmi. This was also quiet a few months ago .
