I ended up watching the episode again. Inspired by all of you wanted to post my funny take on today's episode

1. Hotel manager telling Ishqi that she got her desk job back - he seemed more happier than ishqi..banda bahut sweet hai yaar...please propose to Ishqi

2. AVM gets upset Ishqi not thanking for giving desk job back...he sounded like kid asking thankyou in return for giving a lollipop..when he dint get the expected answer...nafarat ki saans lene tak chala gaya..nafrat karna tho koi inse seeke

3. When Sarlu aunty Ishqi ko bura bala kehna start kia tho ..AVM ne topic change kardiya introducing his inlaws to Mayank... Ishqi ko hate karna only AVM's birth right no one else can do that

4. Mouka milthe hi Riya ne AVM ko taunt karna shuru kardi...arey yaar abtho stop trying and focus on finding real father of the baby

5. Sonu ghar dilvana chahithi hai Ishqi ko...instead tell the truth to Raj thaki tere ghar bach jaye

6. Chachi telling Ahaan how sometimes bad people act good and good people go bad, no one can explain better than this AVM...atleast start using ur brain now

7. Ishqi hitting Mayank with chappal.. she fulfilled her 6 months long wish, par all the time akeli har kaam karneki zidd karna na achi baath nahi hain..listen to AVM..

8. AVM hiding from Rheaa after thinking he needs to focus on Rheaa...AVM at least one time in life stand by ur words

Ahaan saans lena band kar dega but Ishqi se nafrat nahi kar paaega.😆

Chachi's jis character is such a releif. Good she is getting more scenes to chew, not just a filler character.

Ginny is Sarla's teacher. Bahut dimaag chal raha hain iska.

Sonu kya ghar dilwaegi Ishqi ko. Kuch dino mein khud apne ghar khoo degi bechari😆

I love Ishqi's character.Girl has spine. Tell me , how is she compared to other Gul FLs ?? I'm curious. I'm not into ITV that much.

Bold: I like to give credit where it's due just as I like to criticize when it's deserved. Other character traits Ishqi has (being a chatterbox, not following rules, coming from a middle class family and having her own dreams to chase which she forgets about after a point in the show😆, suffering in silence for the sake of others etc.) are very similar to Gul FLs. However, I don't remember any Gul FL using such vigorous and excellent use of her chappal in any of her other shows that I've watched matlab kya maara hain usne Mayank ko mera dil khush kar dita🤣🤣 That scene caught me by surprise and I was so, so proud of Ishqi in that moment ❤️

Also, to follow up on this ^ Gul FL's are always shown to have non-existent English skills. Without fail (Zoya from Qubool Hai might've been the only exception). I understand they might not have gone to English medium schools but people usually pick up the very basic English words or expressions anyway when they meet people irl or even just listen to Hindi movies/songs etc. I've always had a problem with this. Ishqi not understanding Ahaan's English reminds me of Khushi from IPKKND and Anika from Ishqbaaaz😳

@bold- me too love her character❤️

I wouldn't say she is drastically different from other gul heroines- she also is poor, bubbly, lot of problems in life, not knowing English fluently etc. but I find her quite relatable and realistic compared to others. I don't hate/dislike other heroines, they were good but most of them are unrealistically bubbly, ott etc. But Sometimes I found them annoying. On the other hand even though Ishqi is a bubbly character I don't find her unrealistic, she is someone you can come across in real life too. She has a lot of problems but she is a happy person in general, her struggle to keep her massi protected, aspirations of living an independent life which is again quite relatable. Her fights and issues with Ahaan are also is quite realistic.

After leap too her character has shaped very well. She hasn't lost her spark completely but I guess is tired of fighting and remaining silent mostly because her priority is job and not fighting with Ahaan😆
