So I am rewatching YHM after years. I was in school when this show started until the ghost drama (that completely put me off). After that the kids grew up and something just went missing. Sadly I wasn't a part of this forum back then.

So that's not the topic of the day. While watching these episodes I came to realise that the show was amazing until IshRa were settled in their old house, the one that was burnt into ashes. No doubt there were a lot of scenes that were adorable and amazing but that old house had so many memories, especially, IshRa's friendship. Don't you agree?

Absolutely! YHM was ruined once they moved out of Akash Ganga.

Totally agree with you. I didn't used to watch it when the show was aired but I caught up with it in last year's lockdown. I think when the old house burned down was also when the time slot changed, and the story changed to high-voltage drama to accommodate TRP public instead of the domestic, positive and meaningful storyline we had before. That was the beginning of the show's downfall.

Personally I would say just exclude Mani's friendship mania and until then the story was really nice. Yes, probably that was the reason. I don't remember clearly but I did watch the show after my tuition were over. I clearly remember watching IshRa's KKHH moment in the rain in the evening. After that I watched it at daytime after coming from school. Wonder how the show would have turned up if they have let the show have that particular homely vibe.

That was the best of YHM. The set took away the essence of the show. Glad I'm not the only one who loved Akash Ganga and miss it so much. Wish the set hadn't burnt down. Alas. 💔😭
