In a similar story, my boss also does that. She calls women colleagues “baby” jab bhi she can’t remember their names. Used to use this trick during her aviation days when the crew size was big and changing everyday. But that’s not the best part. Best part tab hota hai when she calls me that in a hurry and I happen to be the only one in her team 🤣 Isse zyada karma ka example koi nahi ho sakta 🤪
