Oh yes he did said it to Rhea as well assuming Ishqi He protected her frm her mausaji too nd said abt protecting his family to him as well..

I think its a symbolism that his dad abused his mom instead of protecting.. nd Ahaan is opposite to his dad in that matter..

I think so as there was no need for those dialogues otherwise. Why would Mayank just say it to Ishqi who knows everything
