Leftover rice (preferable than just cooked ones)
Sarso and rai (NO JEERA)
Kadi patta, and dried red chillies whole (2)
Onion and garlic and ginger ( sliced finely)
Grated coconut and grinded peanuts (ration being 2:1 respectively)
Chana and urad dal
Turmeric, salt and mirch....
Podi powder
......
Dry roast coconut and peanuts and then grind them.
In a pan,
Poir oil and add sarso, rai, chana and urad dal and kadi patta (make sure the oil's like hot kyunki chana and urad need to raost fast enough ki kadi patta na jale) also careful, rai splatters in oil.
Put onion, and garlic and ginger. (Onion ko thoda kaccha rakhna..adds texture) Paka lo...fir vo grind kiya hua mixture dal do...then end main masale and podi powder. And then rice.
Voilaaaa...coconut chutney ke saath kha loπ³
