Also the innate need to protect by Ahaan - I think this stems from childhood trauma. He probably has suppressed memories that witnessed this abuse. He must have had a soft corner for his mom in his youth but that was completely overtaken and indoctrinated by Dadi. Hence we see Dadi time and again only spewing lies of infidelity and unsanskari aurat on Savitri. Usually such kids have a hard time remembering their childhood trauma because they can’t figure out whether it’s a figment of imagination or something they experienced in younger years. I think Ahaan was old enough to understand this but young enough to be molded by Dadi into thinking otherwise and suppressing all those bitter memories.

Daadi may have been the abuser too.

It made sense for her to dislike Savitri if it was a love marriage.

It was never a dream but I am just curious if Ahaan will know Sonu’s truth also or is it just the part that mayank is a shit person.

I wonder when will they wrap up things at resort as they can resume shoot in Mumbai now. After Ahaan’s running away to airport, there is nothing much to show in resort.

I think he will only hear the part that shows Mayank is sleaze bag and has no respect for women - that is more than enough of a reason Ahaan needs.

Once he finds out about Sonu attempted assault and Ishqi being a pawn for his perversion - that’ll be Mayank’s end.

Perhaps a far fetched theory this one, but here goes.

I didn't watch the three-four episodes pre-leap, but is it possible that Rhea aided Dadi in getting rid of Savvy, and is therefore being blackmailed by her to marry Ahaan or else go to jail?

The other option for blackmail is obviously Mayank- if RheHaan takes place, there will be no Ishqi in their lives, and therefore no person to tell Ahaan Sonu's secret (apart from Sonu herself, which is unlikely atm)

As per some social media leak, I saw the shooting where Ahaan threatens Ishqi to tell the truth or he will call Mausa.. she blurts out that She did it for Sonu, Mayank had taken her pics and was threatening her..
