Somebody give me Katrina Kaif’s personal trainer 😭. I’m at a point in life where I’ll gain half a kilo just thinking about food and two kilos driving past Mcdonald’s.

Not at all inspiring, but it's good she reduced. Obesity is cause of most diseases. With the money she had it would not have been tough, besides she wanted to become an actress. So for that she had too.

In real like its tougher because good certified dieticians and trainers are expensive and not possible to afford them by middle class & even upper middle class.

The biggest battle for normal people is going grocery shopping, finding the right recipes, then figuring out how many calories it actually has and spending hours doing all this. Sometimes you are so exhausted and lacking time that you're just going to eat whatever junk food is near you.

It's easier when you have a chef and trainer but it's still not easy. You still have to refrain from the fattening food, cravings and binges, and you still have to put the hours, days, months, years into the gym with all the attendant blood, sweat and tears. Just look at some past stars after they're no longer working as leads - they still have the money - and actually now have more time - but no longer have the drive and incentive to stay in shape.

Exactly. Not only junk food, just food, a morsel here and there, a little mindless tempted eating and the diet plan falls apart. To be honest, if I would get paid crores to look thin and dolled up that would be motivation enough for me to lose weight but thats not going to happen. I have to spend to gain weight and spend to lose weight, guess which is easier 🤣

My only point theres nothing inspiring about celebrities around the world losing weight. They have access to the best of help out there to lose weight, surgeries, diets, chefs, trainers and the whole package. Its just what they had to do to even get the job imagine!! I get a job for my education, knowledge and intelligence and thats what counts!!

After spending my 30 years obese and weighing 89 kgs, at the age of 34 just decided to lose weight. I had a 9-year old daughter then. Lost 30 kgs in a year, dropped to 58 kgs, got pregnant, went to 84 kgs, again lost the weight went to 60 kgs, got pregnant again at age 37, again went up to 85 kgs, lost and went back to 70 kgs then over the last 3 years have slowly got up to 75 kgs but its okay till my head again thinks I need to lose it. This what real life no trainer, no surgery, no gym weight loss looks like.

WOW

you are so inspiring..more power to you! 👏

No it isn't so easy

I bet all those who struggle with weight issues can tell you on that. It needs solid dedication and determination. Your mood is controlled by your indulgence..it affects so much..it is not easy to control your food or junk..and those who do so and have done..more power to them..

Yup. I can't blame the older stars though. If they've restricted their cravings for their whole life to look good for the audience, I can see them just say 'screw it' once they're retired. When I'm 70 years old, I hope I don't have to worry about how I look for other people and can have the extra chocolate cake or samosas if I feel like it.

I see people making fun of Jaya all the time because she doesn't look good like Rekha but why? At that age, I'd rather be Jaya who seems content and isn't racing every 2 weeks to color her gray hair or applying 20 pounds of white spackle on her face and eating what she feels like.

Isse zyada inspiring toh meri journey hai 🤣. I with a chronic illness saal bhar mein 20 kgs + lose karli n then I'm maintaining it. I don't have the resources of a darzi to send me food. Also she's getting paid to be this size

Reminds me of the phrase you're not ugly, you're just poor.
