The bandaid on Ahaan's hand might make sense now considering the precap. And since Ishqi ke forehead pe chott hai I think it ll easily take a week for this to clear. And I believe since he'll get to know about the truth, he ll fantasise Ishqi in the function inplace of Rhea. And I think now they'll show that Rhea will notice their equation.

Also - I dont think the precap would be a dream because why would Ishqi dream of injuring her own self while saving Ahaan.

Lets see what happens.

At the end of the day, everyone who keeps harping about values and sanskars is obviously a fake and hypocrite. We don't see Karthik and Ishqi harping about it all the time but they are the ones who are decent and cultured, they practice it in their life, unlike the rest. Because if you are talking about it all the time there is some dissonance within you, and you are just trying to convince yourself that what you are doing in the name of "sanskars" is right.
