I think Param ne sirf mazak mei bola ki meine Ishqi ko chott lagadi. There wasn't any bandage on his hand. Also, in today's live and also in Rajat's snapchat story, Ishqi is not wearing the waitress attire. She is wearing her normal kurtis only.

Yes he joking said he hit her but there is high chance that Ahaan has some wounds on hand. There is a offscreen video where Param-Akshita were imitating Sarla, there he has somethign wrapped on his hand and Ishqi has bandage.
