I prefer that he is only holding her arm and not pinning her to the wall, doesn’t add a sexual context to it

I actually agree to the distance factor.. I don't know, but I find it difficult to feel the passion in SaiRat scenes, direction may be, or may be I am overexperienced with Gul shows 😆
I agree.Even in the almost kiss scenes we got post hospital I did feel the lack of proximity making it look weird. And in the precap the camera angle to show Virat was really really weird, a partially side angle would do a much better job. The scene could have been amazing if they had done slight changes in the body language of Virat, the direction and camera angles.

For starters, I am not a huge fan of wall-pinning kind of scenes just to show passion, intensity and chemistry. Virat has clearly not learnt anything from the time he held Sai's hand during the lunch drama. However, if for a moment we are to look at it as a cute SaiRat scene and leave aside our principles and values (which we have to do almost everyday with this show LOL), the scene wasn't intense enough. I don't know if it's the camera angle or what. Virat seems to be standing really far away from Sai, and thus the passion and sexual tension is not coming across. This could've been shot better I guess. Even with the wall-pinning, I don't like the way he's held her hand. It takes away the passion and seems more forced. If they had to show such a scene, an arm blocking like the time he did in Gadchiroli would be better.
Thoughts?
Well my first reaction as a SaiRat fan was 😲😳
But now as you've pointed out, there's a bit lack of passion from Virat's side. For once I loved Ayesha's expression more than Neil's. Her eyes damn 🔥 🔥 🔥, you can read Sai's feelings in it. She really nailed it! And the camera angles 😵, I've gotten used to it.
Yes generally I don't like such scenes, but usually ML's do that to make the FL uncomfortable and especially when they aren't on the same wavelength. That's not the case here. The point where SaiRat's relation is right now, looking at how comfortable both are with each other, I didn't mind Virat doing it that much. It was a bit unintentionally, unlike some other ML's. It would have been different if he did that 3 months ago or with a malign intention. Tho precaps can be misleading too, so maybe wait till tomorrow and see what happens.
The 'I want to gift you something, a kiss' was for me much much more problematic than this.
It seemed to lack intensity. Will wait for epi before commenting further.

@Bold: Is this because of the consent aspect??
Yes, consent and their relation wasn't(isn't) yet there that a kiss would mean a gift for Sai. Honestly I didn't understand what Virat had thought about Sai's reaction, feelings, how she'd react. I was for once happy PP disturbing them. I found him thinking like that a bit disturbing. That was my reaction as a neutral viewer, but I have to admit that as a SaiRat fan I loved the scene, the chemistry☺️, it was hot and well-executed.
