Yeah you are right . I forgot about 1. 3 could be a possibility because she accuses him that he is betraying samrat too! So she might be thinking virat is transgressing too!

It could be a possibility and I guess yahe hoga , See if it does not matters ki she was Knowing about vadda aur not since they have come back from hospital they have started coming closer to each other and earlier when ever Sai has confronted them she was not answered being a girl I can clearly understand her frustration and betrayal feeling
