Same! She cares more about not being able to fulfill the responsibilities her Di gave her. Why didn't she think of her responsibilities when fixing Ishqi's marriage? Granted that Mayank put up a nice act, but as a mother figure it was her duty to have a thorough background check on him and not just agree to get the two married within a month because of anyone's health condition. Agar dimaag chalta toh she would have moved out ya she would have never married him.. I think her sole concern was getting Ishqi out of that house for a better life. She’s not smart or perceptive, and judges Mayank by his parents. Also, ladke ke baare main details parents will never be able to find out.. only people of our age can.
