they asked her to change her accent .Even toshi changed her accent.I think they asked these actresses to change their accent as they both were comedians too in the show.in all hindi shows n films tamilians' accent is different as if all tamilians speak like that.Even dipika spoke with the same accent in khkt when she came in disguise of the malayali nurse.But dp said in her interview that she was asked to speak bad hindi.But she replied that she can't speak bad hindi even if she tries to as her hindi is pure Delhi hindi.

My dad is watching Zee 24 Taas news channel. Yeu Kashi Kashi promo came during break. I told dad ye heroine hai. He amusingly said heroine ki heroine ki maa and I said she is heroine only🤣.
