Unless he immediately feels bad, and gets Ishqi out of jail and apologizes to her (or is deliberately acting or something) jiske chances are almost zero. And if he destroys her life over this issue (sending her to jail, taking her out of her job etc) then they better not try to redeem him because its not possible. Some things shouldn't be justified or forgiven.
Not to condone his behaviour - but looking at it from his perspective. Not to excuse, but explain it - he is blames himself for the broken engagement of his best friend somewhere and his father's health. He is a man who thinks feelings should be controlled for the sake of family as a whole. Had he been in her shoes, he would have sacrificed his feelings happily to save the embarrassment his family would have face (not knowing the real reason, ofcourse).
But why is he going overboard with it? Is he feeling guilty for having feelings for a girl who stands against & challenges every belief he has? How dare she?
I don't think it will be redemption after this point.
He will have to break down completely and come undone - a major jolt in his life to shatter the belief system he had his entire life. Maybe finding about the truth about his mother and daadi - his whole life he has lived a lie. His belief system has also weighed heavily on his sister, one day she will feel suffocated enough to lash out at him.
