Trust or situation

I saw randomly in insta that Ahaan is reacting according to the situation and Sonu has reason to be silent if she speaks Ishqi efforts are all go in vein...

Ahaan has no power to know y Ishqi did all this Ishqi should speak then only Ahaan know about the truth...

So my question is what we have to do react according to situation or trust that person ...

My view is Ahaan well known any his friend I can say many situation Mayank never support Ishqi also Ahaan many times realise that Ishqi is not at fault...then y he not trusting Ishqi and reacting according to a situation....

May be he is in very much angry but calling police and vow to destroying Ishqi life is not a Ahaan...

There are 2 issues here - trust and reaction.

As far as trust goes, it is normal to trust a best friend of many years over a girl he has known & liked for a few weeks only. Even if the friend has been behaving poorly in a few instances lately, obviously he has been a good friend in the past otherwise Ahaan wld not be best friends with him, in fact Mayank seems to be like ‘ghar ka ladka’ in the Malhotra home. So trust will be very high there unless solid evidence is the presented to him. So why should Ishqi accusing Mayank of being ‘ghatiya’ without giving any instance, leave alone proof, convince Aahan?

Now for reaction - this is where I fault Aahan majorly. One, wowing to hate & destroy a slip of a girl (who he already knows has no family or any other kind of backing) is a huge overreaction. Also uncharacteristic for the calm & moderate Aahan. And very chauvinistic coz it involves power imbalance & sexism. Second, once things cool off an intelligent observant person like Aahan shd start connecting the dots - not realising exactly what happened but at least realising something is amiss & figuring out partly.

But then, I will have to be writing the show!!

I will understand if Ahaan trusts Mayank over Ishqi . Dts okay.

But Ishqi walked out of a marriage.....she didn't kill anyone. There has been situations where people have killed themselves over girls . I have read real life accounts of girls who have walked out of abusive relationships but the guy threatens them to end their life if they do. So what are the girls supposed to do ? Stay in it and suffer ? If in such a case the guy commits suicide then why is the girl responsible ?

Same way Ishqi stopped a marriage that shouldn't hv happened. Even if Ahaan doesn't know the real reason.....it doesn't matter. She took a decision for her own life and to save someone else from an unhappy marriage. That's what it should look like.

Mayank 's father had a stroke before too. Did they send someone to jail for dt too ?

And with Situation and trust , you also need to use your brain and listen to others. You are not the supreme court judge here. Even the judges listens to everyone....gives everyone time .

As for Sonu.........no Ishqi's efforts would not hv gone to vain....if she had done it correctly. Her marriage was done. She could hv told it to Kartik .

Besides is it okay to send the person to jail to save her efforts ? Are you kidding me ?

and also if mayank is saved, will they put him in jail too? lol.. bcuz as far as ik, if u can go to jail over someon's attempt , suicide in itself, is also a crime lol. and its not like these things arent investigated before. toh it makes no sense vaise bhi.. and if u go judicially, the person's punishment ends when the sentence is complete, what is this post 6 months.

@ Bold.. From the promo .. Aahan’s problem is not Ishqi cancelling the marriage.. his problem is calling off the wedding on the mandap last minute and causing social embarrassment to the family.. (this is what he has a huge problem with and suffering all his life with what his mom did) that resulted in Myanks suicide attempt

And Ishqi also stated the same .. she should not have waited till last minute to cancel the wedding.. she never told she got to know the truth in the last minute.. mayank conveniently put all the blame of fathers hearattack on Ishqi

And any person in this situation will choose to believe his best friend for life over a girl who he he has known for few weeks.. and he also thinks of Ishqi as impulsive and with full of filmi ideas

in Aahan’s defense he asked Ishqi if she wanted to proceed with marriage couple times already.. we all know Aahan will be begging at her feet when he knows the truth

main reason for our anger and disappointment is Mayank is evil person and Aahan is unable to see the truth..suppose Mayank is a good guy as Aahan thinks.. probably we will not feel the same level of anger

Though I wish makers would have shown some other reason for separation ..some how I am okay with all this as well..but I hope any of this revenge will not continue after leap.. and he gets to know the truth from Mayanks father during leap.. If the revenge drama continues after leap I simply cant take it

I’m not sure if we will get to know the truth considering the actors playing Mayank’s parents returned to Mumbai a week ago so it won’t be soon.

Well going through something about trust or situation way back, my initial reaction was trust my friend because thats my friend (i dont think my friend is wrong when i hear about the situation) thats first reaction but with some thinking and moving away from the cause I saw that my friend was at fault

aahans reaction is justified but even after ishqi says something more happened that night still not trying to find out is just stupidity

Except Kartik (which is not by choice), everyone in Ahaan's inner circle is out for their own selfish desires / needs. I think Ishqi falls in the same boat as Kartik but not anymore (she is not family or friend). So for Ahaan to be so crazy (though i agree, the writers here took it to another psychotic nonsense level) kind of makes sense. Every person he chooses to side with is either HORRIBLE or completely SELFISH: Dadi, Sonu, Mayank, Rhea - so his surroundings have made him rely on people who are completely 2 faced, and he cant fathom people like Ishqi / Kartik to be right.
