There could be 2 possibilities -

1. Shagun will reach before romance. Why would anokhi be so pissed at him yet even after the romance! I mean she wouldn't let him romance if she would have been still mad at him😆 So I guess Shagun will come, she will overhear them and what you said will happen and shaurya will make some excuse and throw her out...maybe badi maa ko chhodke kaise aayi n all chillaega...Kuch bhi karega and he'll send send her away. Fir romance will happen. He'll have to go back to Chandigarh the next day after dropping Anokhi...maybe fake heart attack or something again...n then they'll talk about shasha marriage because shagun will think he's planning to get married to Anokhi.

It can't be the morning after romance cuz one, anokhi is still mad at him and two, their car broke down right after left. So they wouldn't be too far from Chandigarh and it won't take Shagun whole day to trace them. Raste k beecho beech band padi hai car😆

2. It could be Shagun's dream. BM, SS, shagun scene would be just BM asking him Mera beta mujhse chupake Kaha gaya tha😆 I mean, if not for a dream, why would anokhi be suddenly calling him tum😆 Harsha jaiso ko ek din ki Khushi dene k liye banaya gaya hai yeh precap🤣
