Raghav has amazing punchlines😆. I feel he can’t be seduced easily, and by short clothes, nope. Unless he truly loves a woman, then he’ll be mesmerized but not because of the clothes. She can be in a saree or in a bikini, he’ll look beyond her clothes because he’s always captured by Pallus eyes. He never looks below her eyes.

He respects Pallu that's why he doesn't really looks beyond
