Do some meditation and shavasan when you are going to sleep. See aap mujhse bare ho so aapka stress mujhse kai zyada hoga👍🏼 but jab mujhe raat ko neend ane ka wakt stress ya depression feel hota hai to mummy mujhe aisa karne ko kehti hai. After doing this I immediately sleep after sometime👍🏼. So please try this method I hope you will have a good night🤗
