What I feel, she never acknowledged devkit marriage and child she might have thought that giving away the child in orphanage and separating devkit would make devi forget, she actually thought devi might take time but will forget both since she told devi Pulkit married someone else

Might be possibility that she thought devi will come out of it in some time and she will marry her off, which obviously don’t happened as devi lost her mental balance

I used to have the same opinion about aborting a child but someone told me what good it would have if a would be mother was going at length to abort the foetus, would she ever be able to love it , if it somehow survived?
