We didn't get extra V-P scenes. If you're talking about jhula scene, it was just a part of narrative. Trust me, original has more V-P scenes than what we are getting now.

There are 2 different issues.

Covid and Ayesha getting sidelined.

About Covid, I request you all to please be sensitive. If Ayesha had Covid, it must've been during the safe house track. I remember the producer talking about how she couldn't shoot for 2 weeks. That's exactly the quarantine period for Covid then or now.

It didn't garner attention because to be brutally honest, neither Sai nor Ayesha were as famous. Nor was the show as famous! Neither was Neil nor Aishwarya.

She would've shot because she would've been anxious about her job. Remember she joined just one week before the shoot started.

And there was a parallel track of Pakhi's post marriage scenario in C Niwas.

Before the Holi track, Ghum touched 3.3 !! It was in the top 5. Naturally, the ML lead being off garnered attention.

Let's look at things in the larger perspective.

And Covid is something we really cannot trivialise. Not then, not now.
