This is not fake. Whatever casting audition posts are there you will actually see them in those shows. Plus there are several articles on Shadman Khan time to time. I got to know about this profile page during Alif Laila remake when I was seeing posts on Alif Laila and found few characters audition posts which looked real not fake. When I went through this casting agency profile page I saw many audition posts for different shows.
