Hello, he is fine as of now, doing good regarding oxygen and all other stuff, all is in control🤗

Ok, so here is chapter 4. All the things that I am worst in have been written by me here. Maybe that is why we had a delay as well. So, pls bear with it.🤣🤣😎

Each and everyone were rooted to their spot, all were shocked to see Sai there. Whereas Sai was having the worst feeling, this was the same place which had burnt the Sai inside her alive, and when she thought that her life as Sai is finally gone past her, and she will live as Sayesha, with what lord had gifted her ,but fate had brought her back to the same place,amongst the same people ,with the same man, for the same family. She tried hard, but as she stepped in and began walking towards everyone inside, and saw all the faces in the living area, she got reminded of the bitter memory which still haunted her.

Kaku: Arre Virat, iski baat kya sunte ho tum ,jaha se laaye ho iss jungli mulgi ko wahi se chod ke aao.

Ninad: Haan Virat, yeh Chavan khaandan ki bahu banne ke laayak nahi, na hi tumhaare patni banne ki.

Omi: Haan Virat, zyaada socho mat, iss badtameez ladki ke saath yahi hona hai.

Pakhi: Sai toh hai hi ehsaan faramosh, gold digger, usko kabhi tumhaari kabhi fikr thi hi nahi, tumhaara asli parivaar hum hai .

Virat: Ab bas Sai, ab naa hi mere dil mein, meri zindagi mein, aur na hi iss ghar mein tumhaare liye koyi jagah nahi hai.

Sai: Ek baar ,bas ek baar meri baat sunlo Virat, warna aage bohot mushkil raasta hoga.

Virat: Yeh tumhe galat raasta chun ne se pehle, aur uss raaste pe hamare rishte ko kuchalne se pehle tumhe sochna chahiye tha Sai Joshi. NOW LEAVE MY LIFE.

Sai looked calm and peaceful from outside, but she was a mess from within, she had become blank thinking of all this and didn't realise that she had reached the steps within chavan niwas, she was about to trip and fall but Virat who saw this held her in his arms securely within the nick of time.

Virat ( who straightened Sai): Kya tum theek ho?

Raavi and Ranveer also rushed there.

Ranveer: Theek ho Sayesha.

Sai: Hmm( and nodded her head)

Virat who could see through Sai easily realised she is very uncomfortable in this position.

Virat: Karishma, paani le aao inke liye

Karishma: Ji dada

Sai was again reminded of her bitter memories. 

Pakhi: maine aajtak aisi giri hui ladki nahi dekha hai, tum toh hamare ghar ka khaana kya, paani peene ke laayak bhi nahi ho.

Sai(firmly and a bit louder): NAHI, nahi mujhe paani nahi chahiye, i am okay, it's just, mein trip hogayi thoda.

Virat: Are you sure?

Sai( who got back with her attitude): Ofcourse, DCP Chavan, iss ghar mein aage se mein sambhalke chalungi( she said looking pointedly at everyone)

But the CN niwaswaale had different things going on now in their heads, some very intrigued and happy to see Sai there ,now and Some shocked at a greater level. They were supposedly expecting Sayesha, but this was Sai. They were reminded of the departure that they had ensured for Sai from CN. 

Kaku(began): Virat, tumne toh kaha tha......

Virat turned and gave a look to everyone: Toh sab miliye inse, yeh hai Dr. Sayesha Joshi, inhi ki wajah se aaj Harini hamare saath hai aur yeh hi Harini ka treatment sambhaal rahi hai. Toh yeh jab tak yaha rahegi, inko poora sammaan diya jaayega ,jo yeh deserve karti hai aur inko koyi bhi yaha kisi bhi cheez ke liye nahi tokega.

Even though it sounded like a normal introduction and statements, but the CN waale realised by his words that this was indeed Sai standing and Virat's words had a hidden warning for all of them. So they all nodded at this.

Sai(pointedly): Mujhe special attention ki koyi zaroorat nahi hai DCP Chavan, mujhe aur mere team ko co operation ki zaroorat hai aapki family se, aur aapki family ko dekhke lagta hai ki woh bohot hi sweet hai aur aapki saari baat maante hai, toh yahi kaafi hai. Waise, bohot accha laga sabse milke.

Virat: Bilkul, Sayesha, yaha meri baat nahi talegi, yeh sab zaroor aapke saath co operate karenge.

Shivani( who was happy and excited to see Sai): Bilkul, Saiiiiiyesha, Sayesha, aapko jo bhi chahiye,aap boliye ,hum provide kar denge.

Sai( with a genuine smile): Aap mujhe tum kehke hi bulaiye plz, aur Raavi ,Harini ko leke andar jaao pls,kya koyi inko Harini ke room tak guide karega.

Pulkit : Mein le jaata hu, aayiye Doctor. Mein aapke saath chalunga.

Shivani: Mein bhi saath chalti hu Pulkit, saath mein aapko guest room bhi dikha dungi Dr. Raavi.

Raavi: okay cool, mein milti hu Sayesha.

Sai nodded at this.

Devyani who was standing there got very emotional, her daughter had came back to her and all was due to Sai,first Sai had saved her life,now she was saving her daughter's. So, she came forward and immediately hugged Sai.

Devyani: Thankyou, tum meri zindagi mein farishta ho, hamesha rahogi.

Sai could not control her emotions even after trying hard hugged her back and held back her tears. CN had snatched a lot,true, but it had given some precious things as well.

Sai: Aap chinta mat kijiye, mein sab theek kardungi.

Devyani( who released herself from the hug): I trust you ,Sayesha. Aur aapko bhi( she said looking at Ranveer so that she does not create troubles for sai)

Ranveer nodded and so did Sai.

Sai: Ranveer, tum bhi jaao aur Raavi ko assist karo, mein aati hu.

Ranveer obeyed and left.

Sai: Haan toh ab kaam ki baat karte hai, mujhe jaan na hai ki kounsa room Harini ke room ke sabse kareeb hai.

Kaku who was still shocked that this was Sai after so many years ,still she knew somewhere that Sai has the potential to do the correct thing, although she won't speak and accept loud, she knew Sai was genuine with Harini.

Kaku: Virat ka kamra.

Sai was a bit dumbstruck that kaku had spoke.

Sai: Ji MAM.

Kaku: Virat ka kamra hi sabse kareeb hai Harini ke kamre ke, aur hamari Harini aur uske Maama bohot close hai.

Sai was somewhere very happy that the whole family was not vile like earlier and had accepted everything and everyone.

Sai( thoughts):Chalo, devi tai aur Harini ke saath toh accha hua hai.

Sai:(turned towards Virat)Oh, toh pyaare maama ji, aapke paas 10 minutes hai.

Virat: Kisliye?

Sai: Aapko apna kamra khaali karna hai, bas, mujhe woh kamra chahiye hoga, toh aap kamre se out hai samajhiye.

Mohith who chimed in happily: Haan bilkul, dada ne hi toh kaha hai ki humein aapke saath co-operate karna hai, toh woh khud kaise na kahenge kisi cheez ke liye, dada jaayiye, kamra khaali kijiye.

Virat: Ji ,ji Mohith.

Sai tried hard not to laugh and was about to leave from there when....

Pakhi: Par kyu?

Sai recognised this voice from anywhere. She unwantedly turned towards Pakhi and gave a fake smile.

Sai: Woh kya haina Mrs. CHAVAN......

Virat( immediately chimed in and corrected her): Mrs. SALUNKHE, mrs. Chavan nahi mrs. Salunkhe hai woh Sayesha, mere bade bhai ki wife aur meri VAHINI.

Sai looked at both him and Pakhi, and Virat's eyes held determination over his words and Pakhi's eyes held no remorse for what Virat spoke , but as if she was accepting his words. Sai was now a bit confused. But,she decided not to fall in all this now atleast.

Sai: Haan ,toh theek hai, mujhe waise aapke personal issues jaan na nahi hai,woh kya hai ki patient ko observe karna padta hai time to time, yeh mera kaam hai. Toh isiliye wohi room chahiye jo sabse kareeb hai, waise agar aapko aur DCP Chavan ko koyi problem hai toh...

Virat:(stated firmly) Koyi problem nahi hai kisiko bhi, woh mera aur meri wife ka room hai, aur ab aapka . Mein thodi der baad apne necessities collect karunga, aap tab tak shift hojaayiye Sayesha. 

Sai just nodded at this and slowly went towards the room.

While the Chavan family had numerous questions in them, when they tried to approach Virat for this...

Virat: Aapke dimaag mein jo bhi chal raha hai, woh filhaal wahi rakhiye. Yeh abhi woh hai jo Hari ko theek kar sakti hai, toh kuch bhi karne ya bolne se pehle, yeh yaad rakhiye.

And saying this he went away.

Meanwhile Sai slowly stepped towards her once room, and when she finally stepped in, she felt a surge of weird feeling within her. Cuz, she felt as if she had left the room in the morning like earlier times and now she was returning. Cuz, everything was the same like she had seen the last time,that was six years ago. The wall,the colours, the bed, sheets, study table, the vase which had fresh red roses in it, all was the same. She felt peace actually, don't know why? Sai decided to shrug it off and moved towards the cupboard, Sai very well remembered that which side Virat preferred to keep his stuff in the cupboard, so she automatically opened the other side, but the insides were full, but not with his stuff, but all were hers. All her previous clothes were still neatly kept in there, some folded,some hung, including all her jewellery were safely placed in some boxes, and some pics were also kept there, all were so well kept as if someone worshipped them regularly. Sai became more curious now, and opened the drawer in there, and within it was a beautiful red saree kept in it. Sai took the Saree as uf she was in a daze and felt the material on her skin. This was his gift to her, but she remembered this for a whole different reason, which was one of the most deeply hidden ,but most beautiful memory of her life. Sai thought about that moment.

Sai and Virat were out on a vacation in a nature camp,amidst the lush green forests in dehradun. It had been nearly a month since Virat sir had confessed his feelings to her, she had whole heartedly accepted those feelings, cuz she could see the genuineness in his eyes for her. But Sai had not reciprocated or said 'I love you too'. Cuz, she did not suspect Virat, but herself. Whether she really had that feeling, whether she could do justice to what Virat sir was giving her. Cuz, from the day he confessed, there wasn't a moment since then when she didn't felt special with Virat. He showered her with his care, protectiveness, and most importantly love, every second. He also respected her boundaries,never demanded her to reciprocate. And he used to fulfill her every demand. Whatever she asked for, he placed it infront of her. She didn't even suspect that if she asked for the moon,then Virat sir gladly would have got her.

And currently she had got a few days holiday due to some administrative things occuring in the college, so Virat sir had decided to spend some alone time, only them, away from CN. So he decided to come to a nature camp here in Dehradun. And she was loving each and every second, why wouldn't she? Cuz, every second was spent with Virat sir.

 It was the last day here at the camp,and she wanted to make it memorable for him. 

Virat was sitting outside the tent that he and Sai had shared idly.  Sai had gone gaayab for a few moments awhile ago, he thought that she might be around seeing something, but when she had came back ,she managed to successfully kick him out of the tent,and had ordered...no no...threatened him to not enter or even try to peek into the tent till she told to. So,here he was, sitting out. It was also turning dark.

Virat: Haii,mera yeh prem rogi dil, najaane baiko ki prem mein kya kya karvaayega. Par pyaar ke liye kuch bhi, bhale hi IPS se seedha security guard hi kyu na banna padein tent ke baahar. Waise, yeh Sai kar kya rahi hai andar ,woh bhi akele, mujhe bulaati toh mein mana thodi na karta.....and Virat was blabbering with himself facing the other side when Sai came out.

Sai who had just came out saw this: Aap pagal hogaye hai kya,aise khud se kyu baat kar rahe hai.

Virat: Pyaar mein deewane ko paagal hi......

But as soon as Virat turned and saw Sai,his words died in his mouth, cuz Sai was looking like a goddess in the red saree which he had gifted. He had no idea that she had brought it here. He had thought that Sai would look pretty in this saree, but he was wrong, Sai had enhances the beauty of this saree by wearing it. Virat got up and walked towards Sai.

He was mesmerised by Sai. 

Sai: Theek lag rahi hu kya Virat Sir? 

Virat went towards Sai and pulled her close by the waist , and Sai had a huge blush following this act. 

Sai: Virat sir,jagah waqt vastu mein nahi maante hai kya aap? Kahi bhi chalu hojaate hai. Koyi aagaya toh. 

Virat: (pulling her even more closer) Arre baiko, yeh sacchai hai, ki yaha pe koyi nahi aayega abhi. Aur, meri pyaari baiko itni sundar lag rahi hai toh mein toh chup hi rehna chahta hu, par mera brain aur heart involuntarily mujhse yeh saare shubh shubh kaam karvaate hai, yeh science hai, tumhe nahi pata? 

Sai: haannnnnn, aur kuch scientific pravachan hai Baba Viratnand ji, poora jungle khaali baitha hai waise bhi. 

Virat: Mohabbat ke liye toh poori duniya khaali baithi hai, toh hum bas thoda phaila rahe hai. 

Sai freed herself from him now and began walking towards a random direction towards the forest. 

Virat: Arre baiko ruko, tum kaatilaana lag rahi ho, sachme, Sai, kidhar jaa rahi ho, Arre jungle hai baba waha pe. 

And he began following her as well. 

Sai: Offo kitna bolte ho aap Virat sir, mere saath aayiye ne chup chaap, surprise hai, theek hai, ab aayiye. 

Virat:Surprise? Jungle mein. Waah, uparwaala jab bhi deta hai chappan phaad ke deta hai. Off season mein vacation, tent mein red saree, jungle mein surprise, paagal biwi..... 

Sai glared at him at the last statement. 

Virat: Mazaak

Sai: Galti se bhi na ho Virat sir, warna jungle mein bohot galat hone ke chances hai. Samjhe. 

And then she began walking again. 

Virat(muttering to himself) :Hum toh chahte hai ki haseen galtiyaan ho. 

Sai: Hmmm

Virat:Kuch nahi, chalo. 

Both were now walking silently and then after a while they reached a beautiful waterfalls which strangely Virat had never noticed during this stay. He was really happy seeing this. He was busy staring at the falls when Sai called him. 

When he looked towards Sai's direction, she was standing near one of the rocks. But he was really surprised at what he saw. The rock was lit by placing some chimney lanterns, which he noticed were from the camp. And there was a huge cloth laid down with food on it and lots of wild flowers around.And it finally clicked him. THIS WAS A DATE, ROMANTIC one, but which was planned all by his love of life, his gorgeous wife. 

And Virat's happiness had no bounds, cuz after love confession, the dates and romantic part were from his side, but seeing this from Sai finally made him so happy, he felt a surge of excitement as he realised that maybe Sai is finally accepting him without any qualms. So Virat carefully went towards the rock Sai was on. 

As soon as Virat stepped there... 

Sai(hesitantly) :Virat sir, sorry, yaha zyaada kuch nahi tha prepare karne ke liye, toh isise hopaya. Yeh aapko accha laga kya. 

Virat (who sensed the hesitance went towards Sai close and held her head in his hands) : Sai, meri zindagi mein tum maayne rakhti ho. Tum jaha bhi hogi, woh jagah mere liye jannat hi hogi, ch aahe woh mehel ho ya phir khandar. Aur phir tumne toh mere liye itna kuch kiya hai, itni mehnat kiya hai, yeh meri zindagi ke sabse yaadgaar palon mein se ek hi. 

Sai felt relieved at his words and she got happy. After this both enjoyed the food with the view around them(don't ask me the menu, cuz I will suggest something that won't exist in the jungle😂) 

After this both were enjoying the view with silence,it was already pretty late, all was dark around and they only had illumination from the lanterns. Sai looked at Virat and thought it was the perfect moment. 

Sai(taking a deep breath) : Virat sir, mein aapke liye ek kavita bolna chahti hu. 

Virat(who turned and looked towards Sai with a smile) :Kavitha, mere liye, waah, waise kya hoga iss baar, Hum baithe hai jharne pe, jaise koyi baitha ho dharne pe. 

Sai glared at him due to this and Virat laughed. 

Virat(controlling himself) :Accha yeh nahi hai, toh yeh hoga, Hum aaye hai jungle mein camp pe, par khaana khaa rahe hai paani mein patthar pe. 

And Sai began to hit him and Virat was laughing at this. 

Sai:Aap bhi na Virat sir. 

Virat(finally controlled himself) :Sorry, sorry, Pls sorry. Mala maaf karo. Bolo. 

Sai: 

Iss behte hue har leher se mujhe khushi mil jaaye,

Kyunki har boond mein mujhe aapka chehra nazar aaye.

Iss ghane prakriti ke beech mujhe sukoon mile,

Aur Kyu na ho sukoon, jab aapke aas paas meri muskaan khile.

Aisa lagta hai sannata bhi kar rahi hai mujhse baat,

Itna gehra hota hai aapka saath.

Bas ab ek dil hai,ek jaan hai, jo sirf aapke liye hi hai, 

Jitna bhi jiyu, aapke saath, warna maut ke haath thaamna hai.

Tunhaare pyaar mein baaki sab kuch bhool gayi,

Sai ki Virat hai, aur mein Virat ki Sai hogayi.

Virat was dumbstruck, he couldn't believe his ears, Sai just proposed. This was the most beautiful moment of his life, he could happily die now as well.Sai then took out a box of Sindhoor which she had carried with her. She took it out and forwarded it infront of Virat. 

Sai: Kya aap mere pyaar ko accept karenge Virat sir? I love you a lot.

Virat was too over whelmed to speak anything,he just took a pinch of sindhoor and filled her maang that day. He hugged her of deep love .

Virat(with a bit tears in his eyes): Sai Virat ki, aur Virat hamesha Sai ka.

Sai came out the flashback as the saree slipped from her hand, just like all other things in her life jad slipped. She had tears in her eyes, what happened?How did it all happen? They were so happy in that little world, then couldn't he trust her a bit for the sake of that world.

Sai bent down to pick that Saree when she heard someone's voice.

"Yeh meri beti ke kapde hai, kya mein inhe hatvaadu bada"

Sai turned around quickly, and meekly whispered "Aai"

Aai came forward ,she had tears in her eyes, and Sainwas over whelmed,happy, sad, afraid all at the same time. She realised that Aai might have came up here along with her, she was very silent in the living area.

Aai: Yeh kapde meri beti ke hai, bohot pyaari thi, thoda gussewaali thi, par bohot pyaari. Par usse bhi zyaada woh masoom thi, heere ka dil tha, par mazboot nahi tha heere jitna, toh sabne milke usko tod diya. Aur shayad maine bhi unn sabka saath diya chup rehke.

Sai couldn't control herself anymore and hugged her, both cried there hearts out.

Sai(choking): Aapne kuch nahi kiya Aai, kuch bhi nahi. 

Aai freed from the hug,and held her face in her hands.

Aai: Kaisi hai tu meri bacchi, meri Sayesha, tujhe Sayesha naam hi mila tha.

Sai: Haan toh yeh meri Aai ka diya hua naam tha, kaise pasand nahi aati.

Both went into a flashback.

Sai was sitting in her room and aai was massaging her head with oil.

Sai: Aai,ek baat puchu?

Aai: puch na Sai bai.

Sai: Agar aapki koyi beti hoti, toh uska naam kya rakhti?

Aai: Arre meri beti haina, aur uska naam hai Sai.

Sai: Aai, sacchi sacchi bolo, Virat ki behen hoti toh kya naam hota.

Aai: Tu guess kar?

Sai: Virata, nahi nahi, Virochita, Virita, ya phir, ya phir, Virusya. Aur pet name kya hota, Virat Godu, aur woh Godi(and Sai laughed and so did Ashwini aai)

Aai: Shaitaan

Sai: Aacha chalo aai, agar mera koyi aur naam rakhna hota toh aao kya rakhti.

Aai: Mujhe Sai hi bohot pasand hai.

Sai: Aai ,partiality nahi, sacchi sacchi boliye, kya naam hota.

Aai: sach bolu?

Sai: Hmmmm

Aai: Mujhe Sai naam bohot pasand hai, par agar mujhe koyi aur naam rakhna hota, toh mein tumhara naam rakhti "SAYESHA".

Sai(turned towards aai): Sayesha, matlab?

Aai: Matlab, bhagwaan ka saaya, aur tu mere liye wahi hai.

Sai(hugged her emotionally ):Meri aai

Aai: Meri Sai

Both got emotional remembering that memory. 

Aai: Kaha thi tum?

Sai: Bohot bhatki mein aai,bohot? Shayad aaj bhi.

Aai: Meri Sai toh khud raasta hai,woh bhatak nahi sakti. Ab kaha rehti ho?

Sai: Delhi mein. 

Aai: Hmmm, itne door chale gaye kya hum log bada(she said with a meaning that Sai understood)

Sai: (with slight mockery, grief and defeat in her voice)Mein door nahi hona chahti thi aai,mujhe door kiya gaya, aur waise bhi woh Sai thi, aur Sai toh ab itni door hai ki shayad mein bhi usko dekh nahi paati hu. Ab toh sirf Sayesha hai.

Aai knew her pain, so she diverted the topic a bit.

Aai: Sai ho ya Sayesha, sirf naam badla hai meri bacchi, par tum insaan wahi ho aur tumhara dil bhi wahi hai, iss parivaar ne tumhare saath itna sab kuch kiya phir bhi aaj tum saamne khade hokar hamari hari ki madad kar rahi ho.

Sai: Woh toh karna hi hoga na aai, woh mera kaam hai. Aur aap chinta mat kijiye, mein sab theek kardungi.

Aai: (wiping her tears)Mein jaanti hu bacchi,(changing the topic now)waise inn puraane kapdo ko hatwa hi deti hu, yeh tere abhi ke kapde zyaada acche hai. Par kitni patli hogayi hai.

Sai: Kya karu,Aapke jitna accha khaana koyi banaata hi nahi tha

Aai: Haan phir bhi, bohot patli hogayi hai. Diet waghera toh nahi karti ho na.

Sai : Kuch bhi aai, mein aur diet, waise mein soch rahi thi diet shuru karne me baare mein.

Aai: Ae Sayesha, pehle hi tum haddi thi, ab haddiyon ki bacche lag rahi ho, aage gaayab hojaogi. Par itni patli kaise hogayi tum, gym jaati ho kya, woh tere living room waale pehelwaan dost ke saath?

Sai(chukling): Kaha aai, mere do Toofano ke peeche bhaagne se hi yeh haalat hai.

Aai(with a bit confusion ): Do toofan?

Sai: (realising what she said in excitement and trying to cover up) Aai...aai....woh, office aur ghar, dono toofan hi hai.

Aai knew that her daughter was lying, but hope had returned in her and her son's life after so many years, she just didn't want to let it go at this point of time, she wanted to fight hard this time for her son and daughter's happiness.

Aai: chal theek hai, mein tere aur tere dosto ke liye khaana lagwaati hu,thak gaye ho tum sab log. 

Sai: Ho aai( Both hugged again and as aai began to leave ,Sai remebered something and stopped her)

Sai: Ek minute aai, mein aapse ek baat puchu?

Aai: Arre, puch na bada.

Sai: Aai, Harini ki yeh haalat kabse hui hai? Mera matlab hai, Harini ki medical reports dekhi hai maine, kuch mahino se changes aaye hai, aisa toh nahi hosakta hai ki kisine notice na kiya ho? Kyunki woh mentally bohot distracted hai, toh aapne kuch observe kiya tha kya?

Aai:(a bit emotionally)Kitni pyaari bacchi thi hamari. Sab Sahi tha, theek . Par achanak 4 mahine pehle yeh sab shuru hua . Ek din , Harini achanak gaayab hogayi thi, uske school se phone aaya tha ki woh school hi nahi pahunchi hai. Toh humne usko bohot dhundha, par agle din raat ko woh khud ghar pe aagayi, bohot dari dari thi, humne usko bohoth poocha, par usne kuch bhi nahi bataaya. Par uss din se ,Hari jo chup hogayi, aaj tak theek nahi hopayi hai woh bada. (She said with tears in her eyes)

Sai: Aapne baaki tareeke nahi apnaaye aayi, jaise ki, kisi psychiatrist ko dikhaane ki koshish nahi ki?

Aai: Woh Pulkit ka ek dost hai, jo psychiatrist hi hai. Humne ek baar usko dikhaaya tha, par Harini ki haalat aur bigad gayi kuch appointment ke baad hi. Toh , vaini ne bandh karva diya waha jaana bhi. Bas davaayi dete hai abhi ghar pe.

Sai: (in deep thought) Hmmmm, theek hai aai.

Aai: Mein khaana bhijwati hu.

Sai nodded and aai went away. Sai was thinking of what all aai had told her, she knew in order to get to the depth of this case, she had to know about this incident. With these thoughts Sai decided to freshen up and went for a shower. 

Sai completed her shower deep in thought about the recent events in her life, she wasn't expecting changes this suddenly ,that too at this pace all of a sudden . She felt strange, she wasn't able to conclude whether she was getting too entangled in all this or whether she was getting freed of the tangled parts in her life. Sai saw herself in the mirror as she wiped her hair, even if she try to ran, this room, this man, was again making her see herself as the Sai which no longer existed. Sai looked away and wore her white cotton robe which reached her just below her mid thighs, and exited the bathroom. As she exited the bathroom and entered the premises of the room, Sai was a bit shocked and let out a small gasp, as she saw Virat in the room.

Virat was sitting there on the bed searching for something in the drawer, Virat quickly turned towards Sai as he heard her gasp, and lo, if it was still not difficult, his lost and found wife was standing there , in a robe. Only in a robe, which perfectly showed her features and her legs, not that he did not know of, he still knew and remembered each and every one of their heated sexual nights (🙈no details asking pleaj), but still, everytime ,only Sai could envoke such feelings in him . Cuz, these feelings had died the day she went away, he never felt anything seeing any woman, but as she returned, as if life itself had returned back to him, and so had all his feelings as a human being. He diverted himself from these thoughts and went back to his earlier job taking a deep breath, Focus Virat ,focus, I was  searching......searching......what was he searching again? Ahhh, yes , a file, he thought and regained his senses and began searching again. 

Meanwhile Sai here was no different, she was flustered like a new bride, this was not new to her, but this happened everytime around him, only him. She observed that he himself had took a shower, his hair were still wet and unruly and dripping with water droplets, just how she preferred, shut up Sai,what are you thinking, especially about this man? ,and when he had turned, she saw that few,or lets say most of his shirt buttons were open, exposing his still very well built chest. She shrugged off from her thoughts and saw that he was again searching for something as if nothing has happened.

Sai(claering her throat): Andar kaise aaye aap DCP Chavan.

Virat:(Still turned towards the drawer) Door se.

Sai: Par kaise?

Virat(huffing): Sai....

Sai: Sayesha

Virat: Sayesha, door open tha....

Before he could even complete 

Sai: Knock nahi kar sakte the.

Virat: Maine kiya tha, par andar se shower ki awaaz aa rahi thi, aur mujhe kuch zaroori file chahiye tha,toh maine socha tum andar ho aur ...

Sai: Aur, aur kya? Aap ghus gaye. Waise, woh file kya chup gayi hai, jo itni der se mil nahi rahi hai.Kaise lakshan hai yeh. Aise kisike bhi room mein aana aur kisiko bhi aise dekhna.

Virat turned and gave her a look which screamed really darling, you don't know me .

She just folded her hands and huffed like a kid.

Virat got that file and began walking towards the door passing her. But he came back and whispered in her ears, "waise mein kisiko bhi aise nahi dekhta hu Sayesha, yeh haq maine sirf apne Wife ko diye hai, aur woh aaj tak usike paas hai"

Sai took a deep breath at his words, and looked at him.

Virat(now moving a bit back): Waise, Aai ne kaha hai woh jaldi khaana bhijwayegi tumhaare liye.

Sai(getting out of her daze): Hmmm. 

And as he was about to exit her sight, Sai suddenly got reminded of something.

Sai:(quickly turning)Virat rukiye ek minute.

Virat was happy and turned. 

Sai quickly realising what she said: I mean, DCP Chavan, mujhe aapse case ke silsile mein kuch baat karni hai.

Virat was a bit dissappointed that she was conscious again, but he came back to his senses as she said case, he knew currently there were more important matters at hand which required his undivided attention. 

Virat(getting serious): Haan bolo.

Sai: Mujhe pata chala hai ki Harini ke physical aur mental health mein changes ek incident ke baad hua tha, jaha pe woh missing hui thi. Toh uske regarding aapko kuch details maalum hai. Jaise woh kaha missing thi, uske saath koyi undesirable incident hua tha, jisse woh trauma mein hai.

Virat: Harini un do dino mein kaha thi, woh aaj tak pata nahi chal paaya hai. Uss case ke incharge ne saare angle se investigation kiya. Humein CCTV se bhi koyi lead nahi mili, maano woh hawa mein gaayab hogayi hai . Aur uske baad Harini khud aagayi, aur kyunki usne koyi statement nahi diya ,ya phir crime ke koyi bhi instances nahi bataaya, toh case close kar diya gaya tha. Un do dino mein Harini kaha thi, woh filhaal sirf Hari ko maalum hai. Par woh bol hi nahi rahi hai kuch bhi.

Sai: Aapne uss incident ke baad, uska medical check karvaaya tha, I hope aap samajh rahe hai mein kya keh rahi hu? Koyi assault ya phir body mein koyi foreign material. 

Virat: Hmm, I understand,  maine ensure kiya tha medical examination completely ho. Par thank god, assault nahi hua tha, in any way. Na hi koyi physical injuries thi kahi pe bhi. Aur blood sample bhi clear the. Nothing suspicious. 

Sai: Ek baat puchu?

Virat: Tumhe meri permission ki zaroorat nahi hai.

Sai: Aapne doosre grounds pe, as in unofficial grounds pe investigate nahi kiya. Aap capable toh hai, I know.

Virat (he had an inward smirk: How well you know me Sai? He thought): Waise yeh baat officially sirf hamaare beech hi rahe pls.

Sai: Hmm

Virat: Haan, maine kiya tha ,unofficial grounds par. Aur lead bhi mili thi. Humne ek suspecious vehicle notice kiya, jo kuch dino se Hari ke school ke aas paas ghoom raha tha uss incident ke kuch din pehle. Aur uss incident ke baad, woh achanak gaayab hua. As in, uska numberplate, sab kuch fake tha, aur vehicle ka model bohoth puraana hai, jisse uske baarein mein koyi aur tareeke se info bhi nahi mil paaya.

Sai: Hmm, toh we are clueless. Aur kisi Psychiatrist se consult kiya gaya tha na, toh mamaji yaani aapko iske baare mein pata hai.

Virat: Haan, Dr. Vipul Upadhyay, Pulkit jiju ke friend hai.

Sai: Oh, toh mujhe unse milna hoga, iss case mein har minor details bhi important hai. Toh kya aap unke contact details mujhe send kar sakte hai.

Virat: Theek hai, mein abhi ke abhi unke contact details forward karunga. Aur mere paas unka clinic ka address bhi hai, woh bhi deta hu, shayad tumhe inperson communication se help mile.

Sai: Hmm, thankyou.

Virat: Don't mention. Mein jald send karta hu.

Saying so he exited the room. Whereas Sai here remembered that she was still in that robe. She mentally smacked herslef and thought that she had made a whole conversation with him in this robe . She shrugged it off and decided to quickly change and closed the door.

The same night of the same day, at the balcony:(I hope I made sense)

Sai had seriously required much needed fresh air, so she had came to the balcony, she turned and saw Raavi who was with Harini through the window which opened into the balcony. 

Sai then picked one of the file from the piles of files and papers which was lying infront of her. It was autopsy report of the victim.Sai was too engrossed in the autopsy of the victim, she was keenly observing something that she felt odd out there.

Sai(thinking): Hmm, yeh genitalia ko jis tarah se cut kiya gaya hai, dekhke lagta nahi hai yeh ek 14 saal ki bacchi ka kaam hai, aur nahi yeh knife se itna sleekness possible hai. Yeh surgical instrument se kiya gaya hai, shareer ke baaki chot aur death toh wahi chaaku se hua hai, par yeh genitalia ko surgical knife use hua hai. Par yeh kaafi nahi hai, mujhe Hari se hi clarity chahiye, kya karu?kya karu?

Sai kept thinking with depth and concentration. When suddenly someone kept a hand on shoulder.

Sai Freaked out and quickly got up from the chair she was sitting on, she turned and saw, that it was Raavi. Sai huffed while Raavi smiled.

Raavi: Oye sherni, itni raat ko bhooto ki tarah kya sochti baith rahi hai.

Sai: Bhoot party ki taiyaari kar rahi thi, 4-5 litre khoon ka intezaam toh hogaya tha, bas peene waali bhoot ka intezaar tha, lo ab woh bhi aagayi, chudailo ki entry maarke.

Raavi: Hawww, galat phrase Sayesha, I am not a chudail, I am a hot and happening chudail, aag laga deti hu narak mein bhi(she said with a pout)

Sai and Raavi laughed at this.

Sai: Waise, Harini so gayi kya?

Raavi: Haan meri jaan, slept like a baby. Waise, Sayesha, hum iss baar galat hai kya? Koyi bhi progress nahi hai. Aaj khaana bhi usne akele khaaya, no interaction at all, she is almost blank. 

Sai(in a daze): Woh culprit nahi hai Raavi, aur mein yeh prove karke rahungi.

Raavi: Hmmm, We all will try. 

Sai: Hmm

Raavi: Oh haan, waise yaad aaya, tera phone kidhar hai?

Sai: Yahi kahi hoga(and she began to search for her phone, even Raavi began to assist her seeing her struggling to find it)

Raavi(finding it beneath some papers): Yeh le, mil gaya hamara jigar ka tukda, aur tera 'it's just a phone'.

Both sat down on the chairs in the balcony.

Sai: Haan toh, it's just a phone.

Raavi: Yeah, yeah, i know, Waise silent pe hai ya switched off kya tera phone?

Sai: Kya? (She checked it and indeed it was on silent)Oops, silent pe hai.

Raavi: Aur woh silent pe hi mar jaata agar mein na aati toh. Tere hero ka phone aaya hota toh.

Sai: Woh so raha hoga abhi, aaram se.

Raavi: Haan, utna hyperactive bhi haina. Waise, Aniket ke missed calls honge ,check karle.

Sai:(checking) Oh hell, 27 missed calls, mar war gaya kya yeh? ya phir iske fiance ne isko hospital pohoncha diya hai.

Raavi(giggling): Nahi baba, par keh raha tha ki marne ja raha hai.

Sai saw a call from her best friend in Delhi, Ritika, so she gave a call back to her, Ritika picked the call in two rings:

Ritika(yelling from other end): Sayesha Joshi, tum mere jawani se itna nafrat kyu karti ho? Kyu chahti ho ki mera skin kharaab hojaaye teri chinta mein? Tu kya chahti hai, ki ladke sirf tujhpe line maare? Mein virgin hi maru kya?

Sai(chuckling): Finally, char saal baad tere dimaag ke dwaar khule hai. Samajh aa hi gaya tujhe.

Ritika: Oh pls, agar koyi apne dil ko plate pe sajaake bhi dega na, ki woh tujhse pyaar karta hai, tujhe zyaada interest uss heart ke muscles pe honge. Tabhi tu gayi Nagpur, we gaali taking by mummy pappa in Delhi. 

Sai( still smiling): Accha, toh samaaj seva kar deti, suna Aniket marne jaa raha hai, zara jaake usko maarke aajati. Bechare ke nakshatra khul jaate.

Ritika: Arre, nahi, iss baar uss gadhe ka marna confirm hai, bada tagda planning kiya hai usne apne bali ka?

Sai while getting up and going towards the railings to lean on:

Sai:Accha, Itna bhalayi ka kaam? Woh bhi Aniket kar raha hai. Galat bola hoga dekho, iske marne se duniya ka uddhar hoga jo woh kabhi hone nahi de sakta hai.

Ritika: Arre meri jaan, kabhi kabhi nature khud apni safaayi karta hai, shaadi karne ja raha hai, bada gulaab waghera sajaake propose maara hai usne, keh raha tha isi month ke 29th ko hai. Wahi bataane ke liye tujhe bechara sampark kar raha tha, par aap toh ghum thi.

Sai(stopping in her tracks): Oh noooooo, matlab iss month ke 29th ko, Sayesha Joshi ek din ke liye gaayab hojaayegi, bina insaani duniya se sampark kiye hue. Hawww, kya sochenge log.

Ritika:(turning serious)Sachme Sayesha, phirse. Par kyu?

Before Sai could answer, Raavi quickly came and snatched the phone from Sai and put it on speaker.

Raavi: Dekhna, Riti, yeh phir chalu hogayi. Iska gaayab mode on hogaya hai. 

Ritika: Aur nahi toh kya, tu kisi ke shaadi mein shaamil nahi hoti hai. Uss nakli beauty queen Rita ke shaadi pe bhi nahi aayi tu. Aur yaar, hamare best friend group ka pehla bali hai yeh, aur mein soch rahi thi parade karenge aur tujhe drums denge, kyunki tu sabka dhol bajaati hai, par tu iss baar bhi, che, dil tod diya baalike tune.

Sai: Haan toh , uss din mujhe kaam hai, bohoth saara, nahi hoga toh bhi mein kaam create karungi, zaroorat padi toh hospital tak pobonch jaaungi patient banke.

Raavi: Ae,Sayesha, kya bol rahi ho?

Ritika: Laga, laga, uss ladki ko ek do thappad laga Raavi, teri ore se aur meri ore se bhi. Kya bol rahi hai? Zara shubh shubh jhado apne muh se. Aur shaadi hai, kisi aur ka, tujhe pakadke nahi shaadi karega koyi, aur mein aise hone bhi nahi dungi, samjhi, pls aana yaar, mere jokes pe koun hasega waha pe? Sab makeup mein busy honge.

Sai: Dekho Riti aur Raavi, shaadi ek pure emotion hai, jaha pyaar hai, parvaah hai, dil hai, sukoon hai, aatma hai, aur sabse zaroori, izzat , samman aur bharosa hai. Aur yeh sab hai tabhi ek successful shaadi hoti hai, aur itna sab ek saath dekhna mujhse nahi hoga.  Aur tu toh jaanti hai, mein shaadi vaadi mein khaas nahi maanti.

Raavi felt bad for her friend, and Ritika also went silent .

Sai(after a moment): Hai ki kidnap hogayi?

Ritika: Shaadi mein sabse zaroori hai khushi Sayesha, aur meri jaan, mein chahti hu tujhe yeh khushi jaldi mile. I really wish ,ki meri best friend ko duniya ka sabse accha pati mile. Ek aisa insaan jo tujhe apne sar pe baithyega, aur tujhe top mein rakehga.

(Flashback)

Two people were dancing, in the rain on the balcony.

Sai: Virat, kuch zyaada hi filmy romantic nahi horaha hai hum logo mein.

Virat: Arre, tum jungle mein romance arrange kar sakti ho, aur mein baarish mein dance nahi, beizzati kardi nanhi jaan ki.

Sai: Accha ji, aapki nanhi jaan kahi aur bhatak rahi hai aajkal, beizzati kiska ghosh vaakya hai yeh yaad haina Virat. 

Virat(with fake anger): Sai, meri loyalty pe bharosa nahi tumhe.

Sai(chuckling): Aacha sorry Imaandar Chavan, par kahi iss himmat waali jaan ki jaan lene ka plan toh nahi haina, baarish mein beizzati bolkar mujhe bimaar karke.

Virat: (with intensity and love in his eyes)Sai Joshi, yeh baat hamesha yaad rakhna. Ki tum meri jaan ho, aur tumse hi meri saansein hai. Aur uss se bhi zaroori ,tum iss jaan ki sukoon aur khushiyan ho, aur agar tumhe kuch hoga, toh mein usi waqt mout ke saath jaaunga. Tumse mera sab kuch juda hai Sai, sab kuch.

And Sai was mesmerised by this, this man wil make her crazy in his love one day. Both looked with utmost love and passion in their eyes, both had stopped dancing and were busy in the dance of love through their eyes. They could literally sense the aura of love around them . Virat slowly began to lean in towards Sai, and Sai sensing what was coming up, closed her eyes in anticipation. And it happened just like that, Virat's lips landed on hers, and all their emotions were conveyed that day in that kiss, their first of many. The passion was literally very strong. They separated after some time cuz oxygen was a necessity. 

Virat(in between breaths): Tum meri khushiyon ki wajah ho Sai. Sirf tum.

And they again went ahead for a passionate kiss.

Sai came out of her trance as Raavi shook her out.

Raavi: Kidhar kho gayi Sayesha?

Ritika: Nagpur se Kis lok mein gayi, shaadi ke khayaalon mein dulhe raja dikhe the kyaaaa, haan, chupi Rustoma.

Sai: (with a slight mock tone)Oh pls,  mein zindagi bhar shaadi nahi karungi, aur mujhe khushi mile ya na mile, kahi shaadi karke free mein dukh dard na mil jaaye. Janmo ke saathi , dukh dard ke baraati na hojaaye.

Both her friends felt bad for her, they didn't knew what was Sai/Sayesha's story in the past, they knew something was not right, but they never could know it or convince her the other way. 

But, more than these, another person felt as if his life was leaving him, as he could sense that his love was in deep pain, all because of the wound he had inflicted on her. Yes, it was Virat, he had came to Harini's room along with Mohith and Aai to check on her and,he had stood close to the window as he heard some noise from the balcony, and he saw Sai and her colleague, who were discussing someone's wedding. And he felt really worse by his Sai's words, as he knew he was Responsible. 

Virat(thinking): Mein toh aaj tak khudko maaf nahi karpaaya Sai, aur mein chahta bhi nahi hu ki tum mujhe maaf karo. Kyunki mein uske laayak nahi hu. Par kaash, kaash mein ek baar tumse gale lagaake keh paata, ki sab theek hai, sab ek bura sapna tha Sai. Kaash mein tumhare dard ko baat paata, kaash hum apne khishiyan phir dhundh paate.

Mohith and Aai also felt miserable ,cuz their silence was also somewhere responsible for this separation and this situation. 

Virat felt like a dozen knives were piercing him and his heart, and saw Sai one again through the window. But Virat somewhere knew the bitter truth, that currently he cannot set this all right or speak about this. As this would not be lawful with his Sai, if he addresses this now, not only Sai will refuse, but also ,he knew it will be morally wrong. He just couldn't stand this heart burn anymore and fled from the room quickly.

Aai: Godu, bada, sun na.

Mohith: Kaku, aap shaant hojaayiye, mein dekhta hu. Virat dada, thamba pls.

And Mohith went behind Virat, and on his way he met with kaku and Sonali. 

Kaku: Mohith, aakhir hua kya hai? Virat aisa kyu gaya? Kitna bechain tha woh. Aakhir hua kya hai?

Mohith(a bit irritated): Hamare Karmo ka phal hai kaku, jo do log aaj bhi bhukat rahe hai. Apne dil ko jalaake.

And Mohith went from there. 

Kaku and Sonali were confused now and saw Ashwini who was coming and was a bit scared.

Kaku: Ashwini, ab tum toh batao, aakhir hua kya hai? Kya chal raha hai?

Ashwini then explained everything which went on. Kaku and Sonali went silent after this. Sonali was very guilty, cuz, she had a hand as well in this, and this was never her intention. But, her actions had impacted a girl's life this negatively, this reality made Sonali upset and angry with herself.

Even Kaku was bit shocked, she appeared neutral from outside, but from inside. Kaku was contemplating her actions years ago.Cuz, she always saw Sai as an optimistic girl, she had thought that Sai  would have moved on, as she was a fighter, not one to dwell. But this info was also unexpected to kaku.She didn't know,but she wasn't feeling very good. She hadn't liked Sai, yes , but she never had any intentions like this regarding to Sai. And she always loved Virat as the child of the house, and seeing both of them miserable like this, churned something within Kaku.
