Okay i would say it happens someone close to me was very close to SS in real life not talking about misogyny but about the possesiveness and intensity of emotions. But i have seen that the person changed when the insecurities subsided. That is why Shaurya's character is close to the reality people are like this. They do change for good and few remains the same only to become more toxic over the period of time.

Yes! The outcome is unpredictable. Will they change or become more toxic.

I guess that’s what is scaring Anokhi too. Coz she has nit seen anyone changing for the better yet. So she believes Shaurya might not too.

But then again, be it her father or Vineet. They never loved their spouses, let alone love them like Shaurya did. So I feel when his insecurities are addressed, he will be her biggest supporter.

See love and trust is what makes you change but that also depends on the timing of it. If anokhi gives in to his wishes now because of the pain he is experiencing he might not change and will always think that she ll stay back he just needs to placate her in some way. In the infamous library episode if anokhi had ignored his actions rather than confronting and didn't demanded for an apology ya use realize nhi karwati then shaurya might have repeated the mistake again and again.

I feel anokhi being stubborn and adamant to leave him will also play a major role in him changing his perspective because he ll never let her go and that urge to keep her close will force him to see her perspective and become her biggest supporter.

Sometimes our giving in to someone's wishes makes them take us for granted and they dont realize it and we get accustomed to it.

Yes! You said it!!! When you give into someone’s every wish, be it right or wrong, you make them complacent unknowingly and they end up taking you for granted without realizing and we will feel suffocated over a point of time. Your library example was perfect. She made him work for it, n that’s how it should be. Otherwise he would have never realized how wrong he was.

Reminds me of something I read today

“It’s not your responsibility to make others comfortable when you step into your worth. It is your responsibility to be kind, but you need to honor your life too.”

I am all for Shaurya working his back of to win her over. In his urge to win her over, he will have to take a close look at what’s holding her back and then overcome it to become the person she expects and deserves.

I real life i haven't across a person a person like Shaurya Sabharwal.

But i am not sure if you saw BB13 .

There i saw Shehnaz gill and Sidharth Shukla 's love story infront of my eyes. Sidharth had many similar traits as that of Shaurya

He was verrrry possessive of Shehnaz.He did not like her talking to Asim Riaz another contest. Sidharth was 40,Shehnaz was 26 and Asim was almost close to Shehnaz 's age.

During initial days of BB13 ,Shehnaz had mentioned she might get a boy of her age when she goes out of house.That insecurity crept into a corner of his brain ....He did not like her being close to him.

His insecurity and possessiveness was to another level until the last day...

If you get time ,try watching BB13 and if you have a question related to them i am here to explain happily .I read all charactrr analysis and did watch all extra scenes as well 😆

So yea i think guys like Shaurya do exist .
