"let's go to sleep Sai," Virat called her from the bed.

"You go to sleep Virat Sir. I have to study." Sai replied without looking up from her books.

"Sai, rest is equally important. Come. Sleep."

"I told you Virat Sir. I'll study for some time and then I'll go to sleep. Don't worry. You go to sleep."

"Have you ever listened to me before that you will do it now?" Virat made faces and lied down on the bed turning his face away from her. He turned back to see if she was coming. Disappointed, he went to sleep turning his face away again.

Sai looked back and smiled.

She kept studying for sometime. She looked back and realised he was fast asleep. She opened the drawer and took out a diary.

Dear Virat Sir

See. I have so much to tell you. But I can't tell you.

Sai looked back at sleeping Virat and started writing again.

Do you know when you are annoyed at me and make faces like a kid, how much I love that. I feel like touching your face and kissing those lips.

Do you know how I struggle to hide my blush when you look at me.

Do you know how difficult it becomes for me to not embrace you when I'm there with you on that bed and see you sleeping like a baby.

Do you know when you fight with everyone for me, how protected I feel. It feels like I belong somewhere.

Do you know even if I don't tell anyone, I wait for you to come back everyday.

Do you know complete I feel in this room, my little world, because my entire world is here with me, for me, just for me.

Do you know when you show concern to me, I am reminded of my Aaba. I feel like hugging you so tightly that nobody can separate me from you, unlike my Aaba.

A tear escaped Sai's eyes.

I want to hug you and cry my heart out.

Do you know the moments I spend with you feel like blessings from my Aaba. Everything is beautiful in those moments. Everything is perfect.

She wiped her tears as a smile appeared on her face.

I rarely told my Aaba that I loved him. I never needed to word it. He knew it. He did.

"I know Sai." Sai was startled and hurriedly looked back at Virat looking at her from the bed, "I know your studies are important to you. But do you know that you are important to me. And your health. Come on. Sleep now." Virat yawned, "And yeah. One day you'll tell me too that I'm important to you." Virat smiled and closed his eyes again and fell asleep as a tear escaped Sai's smiling eyes.
