There is something cooking in her head and we just haven't been made aware of it yet (maybe the writers themselves haven't fully figured it out lmao). Somehow I think it's a mix of financial troubles and revenge.

SAAKK isn't overly dramatic so I have hopes that it's a legit reason. I'm pinning my hopes on money, but I'll take revenge. Maybe her family was humiliated after the engagement broke and maybe something happened to her parents? Who knows what would posses a crazy person to be crazy?

@bold it is also possible that, relying on Devi's promises Shagun really did leave behind Cambridge for Shaurya. And upon seeing him in love with someone else she was like I literally gave up everything believing in Devi's words and she gave me false hopes. So maybe that caused her to snap and tbh I wouldn't even blame her if that was the reason. Either way I want her primary target to be Devi in this whole thing and then maybe Shaurya as a side target just because she is salty seeing him do all these things for this girl that he couldn't do for her. I mean I calculated and I think according to the SAAKK timeline, Shakhi have known each other for like max 2 months right now 🤣 Imagine Shagun was with him for what 2 years 🤣

That's what I also can't figure out. Because even if Anokhi dumps him Shaurya is not the type to go and accept Shagun. I mean they might try and manipulate him about how he should stick with the woman that won't leave him and while he might not love Shagun, she will never leave him given that she gave everything up and came back to him. But given that Shagun is the reason that Anokhi MU him in the first instance (and somehow I don't know if Anokhi will tell him her real reasons so soon about breaking up with him because of the soch angle), I can't imagine Shaurya being like okay yeah I'll marry Shagun. I feel like I could see him being like I'll marry anyone BUT Shagun 😆

He will break us that day! I will definitely cry because his entire foundation will be shaken. The only thing that he has is this family who he has loved with his everything. And when he realizes how far they go and how much they have lied to him 😭 I felt like the sense of betrayal is going to make that scene so powerful and I want Anokhi to be his shield and his pillar of support during that time. Because otherwise this man has always been so alone with no one to go to when he is in crisis.

Idk if it is just ShaKhi deprivation but I am seriously finding all their previous scenes too cute yaar. I just watched the baal kat diya episode. It is just tooooo cute

def not just the deprivation all those scenes were insanely cute! i love how natural that scene was with him turning around and apologizing and being like "fine you do it" and blaming HER for wearing her hair down 🤣 that was the first time we got to see them properly bickering like chidlren and seriously what a unique ML who cuts her hair 🤣

I can see Shagun snap due to that. I'm still hoping it's deeper than "I love him soooo much and I'll get him by hook or by crook". It's soooo different from the character that was presented in the beginning.

@bold: Just reading your explanation of Shaurya and his love for his family, hurts my heart. All props to KV man. I really really disliked Shaurya in the beginning. I don't find angry guys attractive(anymore...sorry ASR!). But the way Shaurya has shown his heart to us, the viewers, I just want all the best for him. I don't want him to hurt, but I also don't want him to be blind to his family's misdeeds. I want him to knowingly choose Anokhi and her dreams over their Sabherwal traditions.

Like you said, Shaurya can't be forced into marriage, but maybe he can be guilted into it. He would do anything for Devi. Will they take the cliched route of a sick parent that he wants to make happy? Will the Sabherwal name be on the line? Will SIAC be on the table? What would Shaurya sacrifice Anokhi for? Clearly Anokhi would pick her education/career over his "regressive soch". But would he pick his life's work and family's reputation over Anokhi???

Exactly! Literally he fell in love with her to such an extent in two months so lol I wouldn't even blame Shagun for being salty. And see my thing is if they wanted to do something different with her character, it would have been great to have had her reveal the reason for the breaking of the engagement too and then had her throw it in Shaurya's face like "you broke up with me for this reason right? have fun trying to convince her now." And she could have sat back and enjoyed taunting him at how he ended up falling for the very girl that he shouldn't have fallen for. She could have gotten a perverse pleasure in watching him struggle to reconcile his own ideology with his love for Anokhi (like she cursed him in the very beginning) and how he fails to convince Anokhi that he is a changed man (if he even is because surely he isn't). Because in the end, Shagun wouldn't have had to do anything but throw his own actions back in his face. But lmao I guess this isn't vampish enough

Wait did he really? I thought he was just joking when he said he did because it looked like fake hair to me! If he did damn Deba is a really dedicated actress (though if you notice he didn't actually cut a lot, he literally cut off like her split ends probably 🤣)
