Honestly, I don't believe that redemption is possible for any of the Chavans. They have zero care towards their own children - such people can never truly change. They can only be shown to be accepting the fact hat they do not have control over people's lives and their dominating days are over. Bhavani will probably be the last to accept. She needs a good dose of suffering and loneliness. Beyond this, any positive change in Chavan's character will seem like whitewashing to me. Just my POV.
