I still think she is back for some twisted form of revenge. There is no other logical explanation. I find it odd that her parents have not got involved yet. I don't know what kind of leverage Shagun has on BM that she dares to blackmail. All she can say is that BM tried to break-up Shaurya and Anokhi. Shaurya would be mad at BM but it is not like he does not suspect it.
