I think Amma means that RR should not call her SKD in public, and I agree with her. It's got mocking in a way and is kind of disrespectful. RR would not like to be called GR in public, then why should Pallavi have it? It was different earlier, RR was a don and she was just an ordinary girl. But now they are husband and wife and they should give each other respect. They can call each other with those names in privacy and in front of family while they joking and bickering.
