I never had an issue with aishwarya initially i'll be honest! she wasn't bad in the beginning...

Ever since her return from her parent's house track her performance has started to go down!

That is because she has shifted her energy somewhere else ( i won't discuss it)

i don't think it should be difficult to portray pakhi's expressions! karishma is a little similar though not as vile, she has her moments and we can feel through sneha's expressions what karishma is thinking or what she wants..

I compared Sneha because she is fairly new herself!

As for Ayesha, in the beginning, I would have said no, but I see her improve and i feel she could pull it off though the issue would be that she looks young! That is also a reason she nails Sai well is because she looks younger and has that innocence!

Pakhi is more interesting and honestly, an opportunity of a lifetime to play! If Ayesha was in the role I feel over a period she would have improved (though i'll be honest I cannot think of anyone as SAI JOSHI than AYESHA SINGH! she just nails it and call me biased I cannot accept anyone else as SAI)

I feel Aishwarya has potential somewhere, I saw her performance in the beginning and I saw one episode of her web show, she wasn't as bad as she is right now! If she wants she can improve and work on her expressions but unfortunately she spends her time on other unnecessary topics which we are all aware of!

The other thing that affects her performance is the lack of acceptance from her side for her character... she is not ready to accept pakhi as a grey/negative character! she wants to sympathize with pakhi, I don't think that is helping her! she needs to understand the clear motives behind her character and work on that....

We have all seen a fair share of ITV by now and we see goodie two shoe character playing actors transform into negative characters! Even many other newcomers do the same... Suraj (aniket) for that matter also played a negative role before coming of GHKKPM... and he was not bad!

The thing that is pulling her down in my opinion is her need to justify pakhi.. she wants us to sympathize with pakhi like she does without understanding that people will not! she needs to understand that like kaku even she plays the role well we will love to hate her! kishori ji knows that as well so does sheetal, they know we love to hate kaku and sonali and they accept it...

If Aishwarya wants she can do a good job but for that she needs to think of her priorities and work on herself and accept her role for what it is!

@ bold, so true ,even I feel this is the main reason for her downfall , actress not accepting her charector...

Even I can't imagine anyone else in sai role other than ayesha❤️

I do know Pakhi's character is a bit difficult but she is very very bad right now. It looks like she is not even trying to be better. I can cut her some slack in difficult scenes but even in normal scenes she has the same look in every damn scene. Atleast as a viewer I will expect the actors to emote very basic things like, happy, sad, angry, hurt, and confused. She has one single look for all these emotions. I don't know when she is angry or when she is hurt. That's the reason there is no connection with her character.

As per Ayesha as Pakhi , she has come a long way from the earlier episodes. I don't know if she would have been perfect but I am sure she would have been better than Aish.

Actually , I really don't like pakhi expressions but there is thought in my mind maybe it's because her character is like that which can't show happy expressions but she has to give either sad or angry or taunting expressions , due to which they is not much expressions change ( like may be there is 20% of chances for this) but I just saw one clip in IG where pakhi is in white dress in initial episodes where virat is going to GC and pakhi has a monologue like I will wait for you virat and stuff... Where her face have zero expressions... So keeping all my hate towards pakhi aside I want to know is it difficult to express pakhi expressions... If Ayesha given the chance to play pakhi role, do you think she can ace it???... What's your opinion.

Aishwarya has a face where angry, crying or dukhi expression in short vamp or negative role expression are not made foe her, there are some faces where these expressions doenst suit, and if she hve a long dialogues no idea if someone noticed she tend of becomes breathless,

most of the time I find her dialogues as rata hua which she have to other than acting or living tht character, for a role to play u need to get into tht character, and if girl isn’t ready to accept her character to be grey shaded or negative least chances of doing it or preforming it,

Today her expression were like I couldn’t even figure out, if she wasn’t liking Ashwini telling her anything bas nak fula li usne, but she hardly did anything

I always have a feeling negative character has lot more growth then positive character I hardly see that growth in Aish. She need to come out of the bubble of being a kid, the way she is May be on the set she is full of energy but what showcases is her bachpana and possessiveness in her attitude towards Neil,

I read in the forum she wanna prove Sairat that Neil is her, which no doubt is her, but posting and giving back answers showcases otherwise then what the cast and crew tell about her

Lakshmi is a very good writer I always read her post and she gives such a clarity to the character, Infact she always gives a new clarity to the character,

You have indeed captured Pakhi as a character for wat she should have been. And I loved your thoughts on that.

Many times as an audience one of the guilty pleasures is to see the expression of vamp/ villains/ bad guys when they are caught, insulted or trapped.

She ruins it by her non-expressions or an expression that is completely opposite of what I expect.

But is that her fault? What are the directors, editors and camera man doing in that case coz this is not a recent thing. Looks like they are happy with what she is doing, otherwise they would have given her a mind voice as to what is going on in her grey cells after knowing that audience don't get her.

I liked her even in the candy floss episode where she mouths dialogues like itni bhi choti hai kya that balloons and candy floss is a gift for her and no sabar in your Sai, she could show that contempt in her face. She is good in crying scenes also. She just needs to tone it down, which she did last week and it didn't look as bad and she did come off as being desperate and didn't care about self respect in the room with SAIRAT.

I can't compare Ayesha vs Aishwarya as I have seen both as Sai and Pakhi only. Maybe a different actress who has played such a complex role could have done a better Pakhi, but they wouldn't want to be doing this role where every other day their character is insulted by the FL.

I think Aishwarya can still do a good Pakhi, unless she is doing exactly what they are expecting of her and we are all bunch of idiots for asking for improvement/ changes.

TBH Pakhi's acting doesn't bother me as much these days as her dialogues. I am done with her repetitive dialogues and want to hear something new from her.
