Yes, I guess so, otherwise don't you think Mahi would have accepted Feedi too had he belonged to the upper class? The whole show is based on this premise only, Feedi-Dilawar-Mahi-Fakeera-Sahiba-NazimShah, all these characters have repeatedly and vehemently emphasized the topic of class difference. There is a reason why the writer showed Mahi accepting Taimoor's proposal on the very same day she rejected Feedi, Taimoor was a complete stranger, a faceless stranger for her then, all she knew was he was a royal and had a degree. So yes, this show has successfully managed to show that poor people have no value and it is disturbing too 🤢
