Shiva is actually equally terrible as Raavi, if you watch initial episodes, he has dragged her out multiple times, manhandls her even now.
The only difference us that Raavi's words hurt Shiva now because he has accepted the marriage. He doesnt see a way out of it. Since he wanted someone like his Dhara babhi, he thought his wife would hold the same respect Dhara has for Gautam, but his dreams are shattered, he doesnt express it, but the pinch of hurt is their.
Raavi is yet to accept this relation, she is trying to treat it as if they are still the same Shiva and Raavi, its a defence mechanism she has put up so she doesnt have to accept that she is actually married to a guy who hated her and didnt want her to be part of the family. Everytime Shiva mentions that theybare together for the long run her expression changes. She needs time and I dont think she genuinely means to be rude.
