The gawar comment is definitely hurtful. Shiva gets affected by that but ig they're building that up for an outburst or vulnerable scene where she understands and becomes more sensitive about the subject. They're making Raavi and other characters repeat it a lot these days, while it's insensitive, it's hinting at something looming up.
The rest of it? I find no issues with any of it, honestly. I would find it problematic had it been said between poeple who are simply acquaintances or distant/new friends, but they're not. They grew up together, calling each other all sorts of names and passing insults. Don't we tease our friends and close relatives mercilessly, comment on anything and everything, call them all sorts of insulting names? Such behaviour might come off as harsh but it's quite normal when there's such a degree of familiarity involved and it's acceptable as long as you're not striking any sensitive cords.
Usually, you would know not to hit sore spots when you're that close, in this case the only sore spot is the jibe about his education. Shiva doesn't mind the rest of it. Even Dhara comments about how smelly his shirt is in the very first epi after leap, and his brothers always used to tease him about not bathing during the preleap episodes... so it's a matter of how comfortable you are and whether you'd take the other person's comments to heart.
Wrt to her saying all that stuff in front of everyone, that's how they've always been. Shiva does the same too. While it's always expected of a married couple to respect each other in public, you need to remember that they're not a couple by complete consent or desire, and their relationship is super new - it will take time to ease into it and take their jibes behind closed doors.
Even then, I think it's okay to banter in front of others as long as they are people you don't mind being vulnerable in front of, in this case Shiva is totally fine listening to her blabber because his family is his bubble. In fact, he's okay listening to anyone in the family say anything as long as the audience is limited to family members, Rishita might not count but I don't think he felt too conscious about her presence today. That's subjective to perception ig.
Similarly, Raavi wouldn't mind Shiva saying some demeaning stuff (given it's not about a touchy topic) in front of the family either. Obviously, if the topic is something serious or sensitive, they should fight it out between themselves... but that's going to take time.
Just my two cents!
