Sec 377 scrapped was historic for indian law I will love when they will add marital sex without consent as rape and punishable offense,I hope one day it will be done,judiciary have made many changes with time and I hope with due respect to judiciary that they will pay attention to this also.

And with this I think we all agree it should be punishable and hope it will be one day.

That's because Marital rape law is a double edged sword.

It can be easily used by women as a dhamki to their husband. Some might even file complaint. She can aram se create self inflicted wounds and.blame the guy. Kyunki semen sample se kuch prove nahi hoga. Only force and hurt can make "marital rape" believable.

Marital Rape prove karna toh mushkil hai hi for a lady, but the ways it can be misused it uncountable
