The episode begins when Omkar is talking on the phone with Mayura with Tara and Tara speaks to Mayura too. Suddenly, Mayura is asking where are you and talking rudely with Omkar but the phone gets cut off midway. Vishakha drives her car so fast and hits Omkar where Omkar falls and bleeds. Tara is taken away by Vishakha's guards.

Omkar is in the hospital with his father. His father is worried and frightened of what is happening. Mayura is at the mansion and Vishakha comes there faking her accident with Omkar and how Omkar tried to kill her. But that was a lie to make Mayura believe her.

Mayura comes to hospital with the police and Mayura asks the doctor what happened? Dr says Omkar as lost his eye sight as glass has gone in. Vishakha says its a lie and he is faking it. Doctor says no we won't know till the band aids come off. Omkar gains consciousness and says to his father why is there a band aid over his eyes? Omkar says remove this. Doctor removes the band aid and Omkar says I cannot see anything. Mayura is shocked. The police officer says do you still want to file a case on Omkar? Mayura says yes. Vishakha looks at Mayura asking why?

Omkar asks where is Tara? She isn't with me now. Mayura is shocked hearing this thinking where has she gone. Mayura's sister Megha is also at the hospital and says why are you faking Mayura stop acting like all innocent. Omkar tries to get up and doctor tells him that he blind now, he cannot see.

Precap:

Omkar is trying to kill himself and Mayura stops him and helps him live. Vishakha gets worried thinking Mayura and Omkar may reunite.
