No she will dump shagun anytime when she knows she is loosing Shaurya for good. She has seen his pagalpan now, she dug her grave again by lying she is on the loosing ground so she needs to make up quick nd fast , as she knows Astha there too and chances of him going to her are more now

AFter tomorrow, she is going to panic and people make mistakes when they panic. Even she will. Also, Shaurya Astha bonding for and because of Anokhi will make her worry more.

She is going to start falling and use the promise card. Unless the makers want to end the Shagun track and show something else

Yess,I think for now everything will fall into place but than Tej and Badi Maa will do something as in promise is pending Shaurya to force out,as leaving him with no choice by making him remember all their debts and than maybe he will back out but on condition that for some time they will not talk about his marriage,and than ACP may enter into picture becoz I seriously think ki kuch toh role hoga,just occasional misunderstandings ke liye nahi hai vo,and than Shaurya would realize ki debt ke chakaron mein he could not loose her and in between finding out about his mother's truth of why she left and than proposing secret marriage to Anokhi meanwhile sabharwals would be at peace that he is not pursuing Anokhi anymore giving them alone time and than maybe they will force him to get engaged or marry and finally him telling he is already married.

I personally think that Devi has moved on from the promise card. She technically used it with him agreeing to consider marriage.

I also think Devi will give into the ShaKhi relationship to keep Shaurya happy and by her side. Once she is trusted, she’ll easily instigate them both!!
