You are right.in malayalam there was a show where the pregnant woman's stressful bed rest phase was shown.but that track was included only because the actress was really pregnant and she was advised to take rest.in ffs mood swing is always stressed.actually only a few pregnant women have mood swings. No show or ff is showing that some women slip into depression after delivery.

Why TV shows glorify pregnancy so much but there is not a TV show on stressful pregnancy journey and postpartum stress? Either these 2 things needs to be shown in a show or they also stop glorifying pregnancy in every shows especially glorifying over expecting twins that also from a first time pregnant woman. Then we have fan fiction writers going as far as making FLs even expecting triplets in some stories.

Actually Gujju version half way through tha and tab Hindi start kiya remake with same actors

All actors same to same

It was finite 1000 episode serial with Nanavati Family and its complexities

This is so shocking at what happened in the show. Main Kartik Purnima pe ek topic bahot pehle banaayi thi TV Hindi Forum me jo main yaha post ki thi. Since so many serials glorified pregnancy or took it lightly by showing pregnant women facing struggles like in the serial you mentioned its high time they show even other side of the pregnancy and what happens to mothers condition after delivery.

But look yeh track har version me show ki kismat hi badal raha hai .....its shocking ki audience ko yeh pasand aata hai
