I also saw some shows that are being made in Hindi chancel.

Sreemoye is anupama this was the first one that was being copied or say remake. Concept is same actors are different with little change to the story but success is gained by both shows.

even BW copies other regional films and remake it now ITV doing the same

there is no wrong in it if you buy the rights,credit to the original makers and writers and remake it with new creativity with concept and story intact

Bengal is in India. TV networks that own and operate Bengali TV channels also runs channels in other languages. They are just translating shows from one language into other languages. It is less expensive that way. I thought everybody knew about it.
