The episode begins when Omkar is at the hospital looking for his parents. The hospital staff informs him that some people dropped off them here but he cannot meet them. The hospital staff says your father Shankar has gone to get medicine but the ATM card has been blocked. Omkar gets a call from the factory and gets a shocking news. Omkar gives money to the hospital staff and says pay all the medicine and hospital bills. Megha tries to find out what is happening. Omkar finds out his factory has been sealed. Megha checks all legal paperwork and tells Omkar that this all has been done by a company who wants an exchange for business. The company and business has been bought by a new management. Megha says lets go to your old mansion where Tara is, it may be sealed too. Omkar says no, I cannot lose that place.

Omkar reaches to his old mansion and sees its not sealed. Maya (Mayura) and Vishakha reaches there and Omkar tells Mayura she will need to pay for everything that she has been doing. Vishakha laughs at Omkar and hands him the paperwork stating Maya is the new owner of this mansion. Mayura sees her sister Megha looking through the gate. Mayura sees a handprint of Tara on the wall of the mansion and praises Omkar for being religious.

Omkar gets very annoyed and angry, he tears the mansion papers. He says this mansion is not just a building but it's his dreams and passion. Mayura says I have a deal for you, you can take this mansion and business but I want Tara for the exchange. Omkar refuses it. Omkar's father calls him and says no cards are not working and the hospital staff may move Manjri to a government hospital. But then, the hospital staff tells Omkar's father that all the bills have been cleared as Mayura has paid it all. Then Shankar realises everything is done by Mayura.

Omkar tries to distract Mayura's mind and thinks Megha will hide Tara. Mayura enters the mansion and gets stressed as she doesn't see Tara around. Vishakha's staff brings Megha and says she was trying to leave from the backdoor. Mayura asks where is Tara? Omkar laughs and mocks Mayura saying you can take everything but Tara. Tara will never call you mother.

Mayura says she made a mistake by paying his mother's hospital bills. Mayura tells Omkar to leave as she cannot bear his face and Mayura is worried about Tara now.
